This quiz was designed to accompany "A Tiny Heart" case study , where students learn about Lucas, a boy who was born with a heart defect. My classes usually work together on case studies in small groups and get one grade for the whole group. The quiz is one way to hold individual students accountable for learning the material.
The quiz is multiple choice and downloaded as a word document so it can be edited. There are two versions of the quiz (alpha and beta) to reduce cheating. Answer key is included.
