  • Psychotherapy sessions that will help you understand the pain; as well as take steps to reduce the pain.
  • Interactive psychodynamic therapy to treat your depression, anxiety, PTSD, and many other mental health conditions.
  • Comprehensive relationship counseling to get your relationship back on track.
  • Techniques and philosophy grounded in the Mind-Body-Spirit connection.

You may be experiencing emotional conflict, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, life dissatisfaction, or you may be looking to satisfy a nagging yearning.

Our counseling sessions will enable you to heal, reduce emotional pain, find peace of mind, contentment, and joy in living. Our work together will enhance your aliveness and give you the freedom to make new choices. By working on the emotional/spiritual/mental aspects of your personality, you can change your life path. Anxiety tends to permeate the above conditions subconsciously or consciously. These experiences arise for many reasons. As a psychotherapist, I look for all the triggers that may cause anxiety, and then change the effect of those triggers through understanding and exposure.

As a psychologist in Birmingham, AL, I have worked with residents from Alabama, as well as Mississippi and Georgia. I am available for telephone consultations at (205) 251-8808.
