Manish Sir is my favourite teacher because he is very humble, kind and polite. I love his way of teaching. He loves all students and doesn't believe in punishing them. He focuses more on conceptual clarity than burdening students with excessive homeworks. He never scolds students and never expresses his concerns in the form of anger. Instead, he talks to the students personally in a calm manner, in a way that helps us improve and wants to put in more effort. 

He asks students to be honest with him and always gives equal attention to all the students. He never makes fun of any students and gives extra attention to the weak students. Whenever a student fails to understand any question or equation, he puts extra effort to make him understand, and never tends to lose patience. He calmly explains no matter how many times he has to repeat the same question or statement. He is focused on making us understand every concept with utmost clarity and that is the reason why all students love him.

One of my most favourite qualities of Manish sir is that he keeps track of every student in the class; how they are performing or what are the things they are good at. He constantly keeps an eye out for everyone in the class and helps them to improve themselves and guides them throughout the learning process. He is one of the best teachers in our school who keeps constantly motivating their students and  guiding them in all spheres of life. By actually going through related articles and books, we gain a greater amount of knowledge and this way, we tend to remember what we learn for a long time as well.

Her suggested books were mostly award-winning and highly acclaimed among the masses. Once she took us to a literary program conducted by her teacher. That is the time we realised that she is not just the best teacher but even a good student too. Her patience and resilience were the traits that made her famous and unique in the school. Every child loved and admired her for her graceful nature.

We were blessed to have such an excellent teacher who believed in parity and treated everyone equally. She was reputed not only in our schools but in other schools as well because of her exemplary teaching skills and cheerful character. Even the parents respected her and approached her for valuable advice. As a member of the board in school, she made sure discipline and creativity are imparted in the classes.

During the teacher’s day, she was the one who received more flowers and gifts than any other teacher in the school. Moreover, we were fortunate to witness her ex-students meeting and taking her blessings. Lastly, in my opinion, the best teacher is the one who inspires and persuades children to follow and achieve their goal.

She assists the child in paving the way and creating a place that the child craves and desires for. Mrs Rupali was the teacher who saw good in everyone and had a positive outlook. For many students, science and maths have been the tough subjects to crack.

I was one of them who was weak in both the subjects. Like me, many others faced the same issue. Ms Rose was a sharp-eyed and vigilant teacher who was aware of every child’s weaknesses and strengths. In class, she insisted us to ask questions and clear our doubts. For weaker student’s like me, she took extra courses and put additional efforts after school so that we don’t lag and understand the subject wisely.

In between classes, she always used to share the culture of the US and how she faired in her school. Furthermore, she possessed an optimistic attitude towards life and encouraged us to engage in productive activities, take up community service every weekend, hones our skills, takes up a hobby and turns it into a passion. Her thoughts and way of life differed from many of us as she followed her heart and displayed humanitarian character. Her modest and mild disposition always inspired my friends and me. I love and admire her the most and hope to become like her.

But, all of this isn’t enough to make me a good human being and succeed in life.  Favorably, I am lucky enough to be enrolled in a prestigious school, and gaining a wonderful education, looking forward to realizing my dreams one day. The role my school plays in my personality development is fantastic. It not only imparts education in me but also teaches me how to conduct myself and how to behave decently and properly. I get trained in all the other necessary skills of life, like how to keep calm in challenging situations and help others as well. My school teaches me to be a good and evolved human being, to stay composed and progressive always. It also teaches me to be kind and generous to others and not differentiate them based on their caste, religion, ethnicity, or other divisions. These are some of the most essential personality traits that my school imparts to me, something that I will always be thankful for. Make learning enjoyable: Along with educating, their primary responsibility is to get kids ready for a better future. Instead of presenting concepts in in-depth, technical lectures, they make their classes engaging and enjoyable.

Connecting to actual events: The children's closest friends are good teachers. By relating various subjects to actual events, they facilitate learning. Using real-world examples, they show how even the most complex subjects can be understood and how doing so would benefit the future.

Motivate Learners: Teachers help pupils develop since they frequently look to them for approval. Compliments like "come on," "good job," "well done," and "keep it up" go a long way in motivating children. These appropriate remarks have great value in their lives. They always inspire us to attain our greatest accomplishments in addition to teaching us. They support us, cheer us on, and boost our confidence whenever we fail so that we may keep trying until we achieve. They constantly show us the ideal course for our lives. They consistently go above and beyond to assist pupils.

The quality of the education we receive from our teachers determines who we become in life. Children's minds are given data and information to examine the scenario. The most critical skill we acquire from teachers is the ability to analyse what is essential. They fashion an exquisite statue out of an unformed stone. They increase our understanding and promote the proper transfer of knowledge from one generation to the next.

Monitor Progress & Set Performance Objectives: The best teachers always succeed in pointing out to their students how far they have come since the beginning. Establishing short-term goals, encouraging improvement, and maintaining self-evaluation keeps track of the kids' every move and is a confidence builder. Teachers support students by providing them with clear objectives that are doable. For pupils, they design challenging assignments that aid them in resolving problematic situations in life.

My Teachers’ Day Celebration

The 5th of September is designated as Teacher's Day each year to commemorate the birth of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , a legendary educator in his day. A small celebration for our teachers was held on this occasion in our school. At seven in the morning, teachers' day activities began. The school captain gave a brief statement to introduce the event and discuss the significance of teachers and their role in building nations. The ceremony was opened by lighting a candle in front of Maa Saraswati's statue , representing wisdom and peace. The first performance by the sixth-grade children began at precisely 9:00 a.m.

Sujana ma'am taught me English for the first time. She is very knowledgeable and kind and is also my favourite teacher. I played the role of Sujana ma'am in the annual tradition of students dressing up as their favourite teachers for the day. I hold all teachers in the highest regard.
