Position Purpose: To provide administrative s upport for Harris Infant Mental Health Postdoctoral Fellowship Programs

Job Description:

This position will provide administrative support to the Harris Fellowship and Harris Community Fellowship programs including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of trainee and faculty evaluations
  • Assist in the management of course schedules, calendars, evaluations, and OneDrive content-building
  • Calendar management, sending invitations, room reservations, catering, and other event planning for HARRIS related events.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a current student with at least 6 credit hours (undergraduate) or 3 credit hours (graduate)
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Must be dependable, detail-oriented, flexible, organized, willing to learn, possess the ability to multi-task, and have a professional demeanor.
  • Must have solid written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via telephone and email.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple calendars
  • Understanding of data software (E.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, REDCap, etc.)
  • Familiarity with OneDrive

Length of Employment: The end of the semester when the student graduates

The Student Assistant commits to showing up for work diligently and punctually, honestly, performing assigned tasks, following directions, taking initiative, reliability, confidentiality, checking work for thoroughness and accuracy with attention to detail, and interest in learning new skills, especially mandatory computer skills. Ideal candidates will be willing to work up to a maximum of 25 hours weekly.

Pay Range: $16-$17/Hour
