سلام علیکم! آج میں ایک بہت اہم اور حساس موضوع پر بات کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ یہ موضوع پاکستان اور مسلمانوں کے لیے سب سے بڑا مسئلہ ہے اور اس پر بہت دیر سے بات چل رہی ہے۔ موضوع ہے کشمیر، جو کہ پاکستان کا دل ہے۔

کشمیر، اپنی خوبصورت وادیوں، دریاؤں اور چمنوں کے ساتھ، کبھی جنت کی طرح تھا۔ لیکن اب وہ افسوس اور دکھ کا سامنا کر رہا ہے۔ وہاں کے لوگ روزانہ زیادتی اور ظلم کا شکار ہیں۔

اس تمام دکھ و شدت کی وجہ بھارت کا کشمیر پر قبضہ ہے۔ بھارت چاہتا ہے کہ کشمیریوں کو آزادی نہ ملے۔ انہوں نے کشمیر کو خوف اور دہشت کا میدان بنا دیا ہے۔

لیکن ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ کشمیر پاکستان کا حصہ ہے۔ اس کی ثقافت، مذہب، اور جغرافیہ سب پاکستان کے ساتھ منسلک ہیں۔ یہ حقیقت ہے جس کو بھارت بھی انکار نہیں کر سکتا۔

آج کی دنیا میں ہم بغیر اسلحے کے جنگ نہیں لڑ سکتے۔ اگر ہمارے دشمن کے پاس ہتھیار ہیں، تو ہمیں بھی کچھ دفاعی وسائل چاہئے۔ کشمیری بھی بہادر ہیں اور جنگ لڑ رہے ہیں، مگر انہیں ہماری حمایت کی ضرورت ہے۔ اگر ہم انہیں مناسب اسلحے فراہم کریں، تو وہ بھارت کے ہتھیاروں کا مقابلہ کر سکیں گے اور اپنی آزادی حاصل کریں گے۔

اس لیے ہم مل کر اپنی آواز بلند کریں۔ آزادی کے لئے ہماری آواز بلند ہوگی! کشمیر ایک دن ضرور آزاد ہوگا!

Pakistan claims that the Maharaja at the time was a brutal ruler, that India violated the Standstill Agreement that was in place at the time of the Instrument of Accession , and that Kashmir wished to leave India. Kashmir Day was established to show solidarity with the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir and to honor the sacrifices of the مجاہد ( Mujahid ), or freedom fighters, throughout the Kashmir conflict . This holiday was officially observed for the first time in 2004, with a few unofficial observations starting in 1990.

But some people do still turn out to show یکجہتی ( Yakjehti ), or solidarity, with Kashmiris and to pressure the Indian government to resolve the Kashmir issue as soon as possible.

In addition to the traditional gathering of people, there are often many festivities in Pakistan on this day. From Kashmir Day speeches to student debates, a common thread woven through this holiday is that of inspiring an end to the conflict.

4. A Resolution from the UN

The UN has passed a resolution that gives the people of Kashmir the right to take part in a referendum that will decide whether Kashmiris want to be with Pakistan or India. But Indian governments have not carried out the referendum, and they don’t accept the decision of the UN. The killings, political instability, and damage to women and children keep worsening with time in this part of the world.

Quaid-e-azam muhammad ali jinnah ne jb 1947 ko pakistan hasil kia to muahedy k mutabik Kashmir Pakistan ki sarhad main ty paya. Lekin Hundustan ki sarkar or awam se ye bat kabil-e-bardasht na hui or usi din se aj tk kashmir ko 2 hisso main bant dia gya jo k aj Azad yani makbooza kashmir or doosra jammu kashmir kehlany laga. Insaniyat ki behurmati, be ja zulm o sitam, kanooni hakaik ki khilaf warzi aj bhi indian army ki trf se jammu kashmir main jari o sari ha. Aj bhi hamary kashmeri bhai or behan ghulami ki chakki main pis rahy hn. Lekin aj is tarakki or aman k dor main bhi jb koi kashmeri musalman najaiz nukta ajal ka shikar hota ha to ku koi ba asar o wasook awaz nahi uthai jati ma siway kashmiriyo k pukhta irado or jazbo k?

Is bat main koi 2 ray nahi ha k Kashmir ki Azadi k lia kai jangy lari gaie, mohim chalai gaie, Aqwam-e-Mutahda k tehat  bht bar Pakistan or India k drmiyan masla kashmir ko ly kr kai muhdy bhi ty pay lekin india ki chalaki or bayemani hamesha Kashmeri musalmo k hakook ko dabati rahi ha. Kashmeri apni zindgi ko azadi se guzarny main b mohtaj hain or hr waqt kisi maseeha k muntazir hn.

Lehaza aj hamara yeha akhty hony ka maqsad youm e kashmir yani yakjehtiye kashmir he ha. Hakoomati adaro or aala afsaran se apeal ha k koi pukhta ikdam kiye jayn or kashmir ko azad krwaya jay. Is muamly main aam awam ko bhi izhar e yakjehti ki zroorat ha. Ta k jb waha kashmir main koi musalman shaheed ho to us k azeezo or rishtydaro ko ye ahsah rahy k hamary hamdard musalman bhai or behnay hain jo hamari azadi k lia aj bhi syasi jang lar rahy hn.

Or akhir main, ma Quaid ki us awaz ko apk sath buland krna chahu ga k jis main unho he pegham dia k “Kashmir bany ga pakistan” OR “kashmir ki azadi tk kashmeri or pakistani awam ka aik he nara rahy ga “Kashmir ki azadi tk jang rahy ge, jang rahy ge”. !!!

My honor, Kashmiris have done what they could. But the history brings to light the question: O Pakistanis, what have you done for your fellow Kashmiris? They have suffered for a long – just because of their demand for annexation to Pakistani. What have you given in return? 

Let's recall today the message of Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who, while addressing the Kashmiris laid the course of action for all of us. While addressing the Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference on 26 Oct 1946 – he remarkably said: 

My message and earnest appeal to Muslim leadership in Kashmir is: Organize your people, educationally, socially, economically and politically and set your hand on constructive nation building programme.

Mr. President, we need to revive our conscience, awake our senses and follow the call to action. This day should not merely be a commemorative day. It should be the day of allegiance. The day of pledging allegiance to the cause. Kashmir will never be sovereign, Mr. President, unless we get to fix the internal cracks in Muslim Ummah. Unless the sectarian fire is extinguished. 

Unless our Muslim stakeholders take pain for Kashmiris. Unless the Kashmir dispute is voiced well in the international community. Unless the world comes to know the heinous atrocities of so-called democratic India in Kashmir over seventy years. Unless we are united. Unless we are devoted. Let's make a vow to God, to our conscience, to our blood – for surfacing the Kashmir issue with all zeal and zest. 

With the immense hope that one day the sun of independence will dawn upon the beautiful valley. And our fellow Kashmiris will have a peaceful and prosperous life. As Faiz Ahmed Faiz writes: 

And we oppressed Beneath our feet will have this earth shiver, shake and beat And heads of rulers will be struck With crackling lightening and thunder roars.

Indian throne will soon be reduced to ashes; Kashmir will be ours! Pakistan Zindabad!

As we all know, what is the biggest intention is going to Asia? It was fixed before the Partition that, all the Muslim-majority areas will be given to Pakistan and similarly, the remaining Hindu-majority areas will be given to India. But India doesn’t want to give a beautiful area of Kashmir to Pakistan. So, they sent their forces to Kashmir and occupied this Muslim majority Area. The whole world was seeing what was going on here. But the whole world steals their eyes from this issue then and now they regret it. Just after the partition, when Pakistan acknowledged the thinking of India about Kashmir, they appealed to the United Nations about it. The US State Department’s annual human rights assessment found “significant” abuses in India’s northeastern Manipur state last year and attacks on minorities, journalists and dissenting voices in the rest of the country.

Manipur has seen fierce fighting between its tribal Kuki-Zo and majority Meitei populations after a court order a year ago suggested the Kuki’s minority privileges be extended to the Meitei.

Human rights groups allege the climate has deteriorated under Modi. They point to a rise in hate speech, the revoking of Indian-occupied Kashmir’s special status, a citizenship law that the UN calls “fundamentally discriminatory” and the demolition of Muslim properties in the name of removing illegal construction.

While the US report hit on themes similar to recent years, political analysts say Washington is restrained in its public criticism of New Delhi because the US hopes India will act as a counterweight to an expansionist China.
