The Prestige Condos tower will be bordered by the 80 storey tower of this community to the north, Freeland Street and existing office buildings to the east, a fire access route and new unnamed developments to the south, and the resplendent 95 storey development to the west. Its tower is located at the southern end of the podium, and will face the future Harbour Street extension. It is stepped back 21 meters from Freeland Street and 5 meters from Harbour Street.

The first floor of the podium will be allocated for two commercial retail units, and the second floor will be a new community centre that will have 51,300 square feet of floor space. This proposed site will consist of two blocks and to be devided by an eastward extension of harbor St. To the north will be Tower 1 – 95 storeys, 2 – 80 storeys & 3 – 65 storeys and to the south block Towers 4 – 35 storeys, 5 – 22 storeys and existing office tower 25 storeys.  The north block which is north of Harbour Street will house three new mixed-use towers with residential and commercial spaces.  They are towers 1 to 3 that are proposed 95, 80 & 65 and consist of a 95 storey residential tower on the west side, an 80 storey tower to the northeast corner and a 65 storey residential tower at southeast corner. (the tallest is approximately 291 metres) in height and tower 2 not to exceed a height of 80 storeys (246 metres); each with an 6 storey mixed-use podium/base.   The south block which is south of Harbour Street proposes to keep the existing Toronto Star building which is an existing 25 storey building and add a new office complex building that will be 35 storeys high and will be connected to a 22 storey building, while stepping down to a 5 to 6 storey base building which the towers will be resting on. These podiums will contain the retail/commercial use space.

There will be eight levels of proposed underground parking for the north block and 7 levels for the south block. There will be a proposed 1812 residential vehicle parking spots and 3,596 bicycle parking spots below grade with 5% at grade level.  Towers 5, 6 and the Toronto Star building will have green roofs while the other towers will have a cool roofing material.

The north block will have a proposed 50,000 square metres of indoor amenity space while the south block will have 952 square metres of amenity space and there will also be over 8,000 square metres of outdoor amenity space.  The community centre will include a double gymnasium and a six-lane, 25 metre pool. In addition to all these galore amenities the community centre plan will have to include staff parking spaces, visitor parking and bicycle parking spaces at ground level. The community centre has to be completed along the same time frame of phase 1 of the proposed development.

Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery and Museum

Zvenigorod's most famous sight is the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery, which was founded in 1398 by the monk Savva from the Troitse-Sergieva Lavra, at the invitation and with the support of Prince Yury Dmitrievich of Zvenigorod. Savva was later canonised as St Sabbas (Savva) of Storozhev. The monastery late flourished under the reign of Tsar Alexis, who chose the monastery as his family church and often went on pilgrimage there and made lots of donations to it. Most of the monastery’s buildings date from this time. The monastery is heavily fortified with thick walls and six towers, the most impressive of which is the Krasny Tower which also serves as the eastern entrance. The monastery was closed in 1918 and only reopened in 1995. In 1998 Patriarch Alexius II took part in a service to return the relics of St Sabbas to the monastery. Today the monastery has the status of a stauropegic monastery, which is second in status to a lavra. In addition to being a working monastery, it also holds the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum.

Belfry and Neighbouring Churches

Located near the main entrance is the monastery's belfry which is perhaps the calling card of the monastery due to its uniqueness. It was built in the 1650s and the St Sergius of Radonezh’s Church was opened on the middle tier in the mid-17th century, although it was originally dedicated to the Trinity. The belfry's 35-tonne Great Bladgovestny Bell fell in 1941 and was only restored and returned in 2003. Attached to the belfry is a large refectory and the Transfiguration Church, both of which were built on the orders of Tsar Alexis in the 1650s.

To the left of the belfry is another, smaller, refectory which is attached to the Trinity Gate-Church, which was also constructed in the 1650s on the orders of Tsar Alexis who made it his own family church. The church is elaborately decorated with colourful trims and underneath the archway is a beautiful 19th century fresco.

Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is the oldest building in the monastery and among the oldest buildings in the Moscow Region. It was built between 1404 and 1405 during the lifetime of St Sabbas and using the funds of Prince Yury of Zvenigorod. The white-stone cathedral is a standard four-pillar design with a single golden dome. After the death of St Sabbas he was interred in the cathedral and a new altar dedicated to him was added.

Under the reign of Tsar Alexis the cathedral was decorated with frescoes by Stepan Ryazanets, some of which remain today. Tsar Alexis also presented the cathedral with a five-tier iconostasis, the top row of icons have been preserved.

Tsaritsa's Chambers

The Nativity of Virgin Mary Cathedral is located between the Tsaritsa's Chambers of the left and the Palace of Tsar Alexis on the right. The Tsaritsa's Chambers were built in the mid-17th century for the wife of Tsar Alexey - Tsaritsa Maria Ilinichna Miloskavskaya. The design of the building is influenced by the ancient Russian architectural style. Is prettier than the Tsar's chambers opposite, being red in colour with elaborately decorated window frames and entrance.

At present the Tsaritsa's Chambers houses the Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum. Among its displays is an accurate recreation of the interior of a noble lady's chambers including furniture, decorations and a decorated tiled oven, and an exhibition on the history of Zvenigorod and the monastery.

Palace of Tsar Alexis

The Palace of Tsar Alexis was built in the 1650s and is now one of the best surviving examples of non-religious architecture of that era. It was built especially for Tsar Alexis who often visited the monastery on religious pilgrimages. Its most striking feature is its pretty row of nine chimney spouts which resemble towers.

Mets designate one-time All-Star, righty reliever for assignment

The Mets are designating veteran infielder Joey Wendle   for assignment, as first reported by insider Ben Yoel . SNY’s Andy Martino reported earlier that New York was planning to recall Mark Vientos from Triple-A Syracuse before Wednesday night’s matchup with the Phillies.

That’s not the only forthcoming roster move.   Dan Martin and Joel Sherman of the New York Post report that New York will recall left-hander Joey Lucchesi   to make Wednesday's start. Righty reliever Yohan Ramírez will be designated for assignment as the corresponding move, according to the Post.

Wendle had a disappointing tenure in Queens. New York signed the former All-Star to a $2M free-agent deal. It was a buy-low move after he slumped to a .212/.248/.306 line in 112 games for the Marlins a year ago. Wendle wasn’t out to a much better start this season. In 18 contests, he hit .222/.243/.250 with one extra-base hit (a double). He punched out nine times and drew one walk in 37 trips to the plate.

New York signed Wendle largely for his defensive flexibility. He has generally rated as an above-average to plus defender throughout the infield in his career. He struggled on that side of the ball during his very brief stint in Queens, committing three errors in 89 innings. The Mets stuck with Wendle over Zack Short   two weeks ago, but they’ll now move forward without a clear backup shortstop behind Francisco Lindor .

Swapping Vientos in for Wendle provides more offensive upside to Carlos Mendoza’s infield. The 24-year-old is out to another nice start in Syracuse, hitting .284/.376/.500 with six homers in 31 games. While Vientos is striking out at a lofty 28.6% clip, he has consistently hit for power in parts of four Triple-A seasons. That has yet to translate to MLB success, but he’s clearly a higher-ceiling bat than Wendle at this point.

Brett Baty has been the primary third baseman in Queens. The former top prospect hasn’t hit well, turning in a .236/.299/.325 line through 135 plate appearances. He’ll stick on the roster but could lose some at-bats to Vientos, particularly against left-handed pitching. Philadelphia will turn to southpaw Ranger Suárez   Wednesday, so it seems likely Vientos will get the nod at the hot corner.

Lucchesi will take the ball against Suárez in what’ll be his season debut. The southpaw has started seven games for Syracuse, working to a 2.58 ERA over 38 1/3 innings. He also had a 2.89 mark in nine big league starts last season, but he hasn’t missed many bats at either level. Lucchesi fanned 16.4% of MLB opponents last season and has a 17.8% strikeout rate in Triple-A this year.

It’s possible this proves to be a spot start. Adrian Houser   was originally supposed to take the ball on Wednesday, but Sherman and Mike Puma write   that plans changed when the righty warmed up for possible relief work in Tuesday’s game. While Houser didn’t enter the game, he threw enough in the bullpen to take him out of the running to start Wednesday.

That proved to be an unfortunate sequence of events for Ramírez, who cedes his roster spot to Lucchesi. This will be the third DFA of the season for the 29-year-old, who can’t be optioned to the minor leagues. It’s the second time the Mets have cut him loose. Ramírez started the year in Queens and was DFA within a few weeks. New York traded him to the Orioles and claimed him back last week after Baltimore waived him.

Around the roster shuffling, Ramírez has tossed 14 1/3 innings over 10 appearances. Despite striking out 17 of 65 opponents (a strong 26.2% rate), he has conceded 11 runs. Ramírez has mid-90s velocity and has missed bats at a roughly average level in the majors, but he has walked more than 12% of batters faced over his career.

The Mets will have a week to trade or waive both Wendle and Ramírez once they officially announce the DFAs. Wendle has more than enough service time to decline a minor league assignment while retaining his salary, so he’d very likely become a free agent if no team swings a trade for him. The moves will drop New York’s 40-man roster tally to 38.
