KKHSOU Entrance Exam 2022

Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) provides admissions to students who apply for its various courses through an admission test. It conducts a Common Entrance Test Known as KKHSOU-CET. The University approaches all students by conducting this test on a national level. Primarily this entrance exam is conducted for providing PG admission, whereas UG admission is merit-based. Students can visit http://www.kkhsou.in , which is the official web page of KKSHOU, to apply for any course through this test.

The well-known PG course for which KKSHOU-CET is mandatory is MBA. If any candidate has qualified MAT/ CAT for MBA, they are not required to appear in this entrance test. It is expected that this year’s test will be conducted in online mode. Excluding negative marks, students are given one positive mark for each right answer. There will be 100 total questions in MCQ form and a total of 100 marks.

Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University admission process for the July 2024-25 session is going to commence on 01 May 2024* .  The University offers UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses, including  BA, BCom, BSC, BBA, MBA, MCom, MSc, MCA, etc .   30 May 2024 is the last date to apply for KKHSOU Admission. Students can submit the registration form online at @kkhsou.ac.in before the application form submission date.  Interested students can apply for the eligible course on the KKHSOU official website.  The university offers a wide range of UG and PG courses in both Open and distance learning modes.

The university offers BA and MA courses in more than 8 Specializations, and some of them are History, Assamese, political science, economics, education, etc. Students need to pay INR 300/  on the online portal registration to submit the application form. 

KKHSOU admission to the offered courses is done based on the merit list prepared by the university considering the marks scored by the candidates in their qualifying examination. Candidates who are willing to apply for KKHSOU Admission must ensure to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria set by the university.

KKHSOU also provides lateral access to a variety of programmes, including BA/BA (Mass Comm.),BCA, and MSc (IT). If any applicants meet all of the university's qualifying requirements. Old students who have not attempted the previous year's examinations can also be admitted to the new session. It is not necessary for KKHSOU (কৃষ্ণকান্ত হান্ডিকি স্টেট ওপেন ইউনিভার্সিটি) to pass the previous semester exam to enter in the next semester. Existing students must enroll their names by filling out the KKHSOU application form and paying INR 300 as the registration fee. Before admitting learners through lateral entry, the KKHOSU will verify their original mark sheets, certificates, etc.

KKHSOU online admission will open for various UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses in the July 2024 academic session .  KKHSOU Admission 2024-25 last date is 30 May 2024* , and the students can apply online with a registration fee of INR 300 . KKHSOU UG Admission will open for the July 2024 session. The University has started the various UG courses admission such as BA, BCom, BBA, and BCA. KKHSOU UG Admission 2024-25 last date is 30 May 2024* , interested and eligible students can apply at www.kkhsou.ac.in . T he duration of the UG degree is 4 Years. Along with multiple specializations, can apply for the course on the official page of the website. Before applying to KKHSOU UG courses admission students must have qualified from HSC (10+2) from a recognized board.

KKHSOU UG application submission process is available in the online mode. The university also accepts lateral entry in the UG course, in short students who have dropped out in their 1st year are eligible to continue their studies from 3rd semester. The university will conduct a 3 step/phase process for such lateral entry students. 

Students need to pay INR 300/- for the application submission on the online mode. KKHSOU BA admission 2024

KKHSOU BA Admission 2024 will commence for the July 2024 session, and the deadline to submit the admission form is 30 May 2024. Applicants who are interested and eligible must submit the application form at @kkhsou.ac.in before the last date. KKHSOU offers 4 Years duration Bachler of Arts Degree programme under Assamese, Education, Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy, History, English, and Economics specializations in ODL mode. It is a Hons degree and interested students must pass their 10+2 with at least 50% of their points from an accredited board.

KKHSOU BCA Admission 2024

KKHSOU offers admission to a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree programme in the field of Information Technology. It is a four-year UG degree in Open and Distance Learning Mode. To apply in this course students must pass 10+2 from a recognized board. BCA registration is ongoing for the July 2024 session and KKHSOU BCA Admission 2024 end date is 30 May 2024 . There is no entrance test and the students will get direct admission.

KKHSOU B.Ed Admission 2024-25

The entrance exam for the Bachelor of Education course at Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University (কৃষ্ণকান্ত হান্ডিকি স্টেট ওপেন ইউনিভার্সিটি) takes place between July and July. Bachelor's degree holders can fill out the online registration form. Entrance exams will be administered. KKHSOU BEd admission 2024 application forms will be available on the university website.

KKHSOU PG admission 2024

KKHSOU offers a wide range of postgraduate courses such as MA, MSW, MBA, M.Com, etc. The university is accepting online applications for admission to its offered PG courses for the July session.  30 May 2024*  is the deadline for KKHSOU Admission to the PG programmes.  Students can pursue any PG course available at the KKHSOU website. One has to submit a fee of INR 300/ - for application submission. Students are advised to check the eligibility criteria below for their respective courses. The basic eligibility criteria for PG courses to be entered is having a UG degree with a minimum score of 50% in the final year or overall. Students who want to opt for a specialization in the course must have relevant subjects in the previous degree to pursue that.

KKHSOU MA Admission 2024

KKHSOU MA Admission 2024 is offered by the university with an average duration of 2 years. At KKSOU, there are various specializations available in this programme which include Assamese, English, Education, Political Science, Sociology, IT, Economics, and Business.   To Pursue an MA course candidate must have graduated from any recognized university. Interested candidates can apply before the last date. Students who are applying for KKHSOU admission for MA 2nd Semester will pay Rs 5000.

KKHSOU MA in Assamese 2024

The KKHSOU university offers admission to the Master of Arts in Assamese Language and currently, admission is open for this course in the July session. Students must pass a UG degree in Assamese or similar with a minimum of 45% to be considered in this course.   KKHSOU MA in Assamese admission last date is 30 May 2024 . The first-year fee for the KKHSOU MA programme is INR 5590 .

Lateral Entry into the 3rd semester of KKHSOU MA

A candidate may be allowed lateral entry into the 3rd semester of the MA/MSc/MCom/MSW programme provided he/she has completed two semesters of the concerned master's degree programme from KKHSOU or any recognized Indian/foreign university.

KKHSOU MBA Admission 2024-25

KKHSOU MBA Admission will soon open for the upcoming session. Students who have an interest in studying further after completing a bachelor's in any stream can fill out the online KKHSOU MBA application form. It is required to fill out the application form online and the fee for it is INR 300/ -  KKHSOU MBA applicants can fill out their application form before the deadline .  Candidates can apply by visiting the KKHSOU MBA Portal along with the offline application form given.

MAT-qualified students who have scored a minimum of 550 Marks on their test are eligible to get direct admission to  KKHSOU MBA Admission 2024-25.  Enrolled students can check out their entrance test on the official website of KKHSOU.

Eligibility for KKHSOU MBA Admission

Candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from any University/Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE having 75% common courses are eligible to get lateral entry in the 3rd semester of the MBA Programme subject to clearance of requirement as may be applicable. Students interested in pursuing the MBA Course admission need to have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field with a minimum aggregate of marks in it. KKHSOU Admission 2024 will require prior approval from the Parity Determining Authority of the University.

Exemption from Entrance Test for KKHSOU MBA Admission

Appearing for the entrance test for KKHSOU Admission 2024 to the MBA degree programme is not required by every candidate who is willing to opt for admission to the course. Some of the candidates who have gained some work experience are exempted from appearing for the entrance test conducted by Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University. Below are some of the criteria for exemption from the entrance examination conducted for admission to the MBA degree programme offered by the university.

• A.  3 years of work experience in government, public or private organizations.
• B. 3 years of experience as an entrepreneur
• C. Valid score of 550 & above in MAT, above 135 in CAT and above 175 in CMAT
• C. Candidates seeking exemption from the Entrance Test will have to fill up the exemption section in the Application Form and upload supporting documents meeting the criteria mentioned above.

KKHSOU MCom Admission 2024

Candidates who are willing to pursue their MCom degree from KKHSOU must submit the registration form before the last date on the official website of the university. 30 May 2024*  is the last date to submit the online application form for KKHSOU MCom Admission 2024-25.  For pursuing this course the applicants are required to pay an amount of INR 26,835 as the fee for the course. In the institution, the MCom course is stated with the program code stating - M14 . Admission to the course is allotted to the applicants after comparing their grades in the final score sheets of bachelor study.

KKHSOU MPhil Admission 2024

KKHSOU Admission 2024-25 offers MPhil-level courses under multiple specializations. Students opting to get admission to the MPhil course must apply for admission by submitting the application form that the university releases on the  KKHSOU Official website .

KKHSOU Admission to the courses is determined by applicants' performance on the institution's admission tests. Students need to have scored minimum passing marks to secure admission to the course. Applicants must have a higher exam score in order to be considered for admission.

KKHSOU PhD Admission 2024-25

KKHSOU offers admission to a 3-year Doctor of Philosophy Degree programme in  9 Disciplines . The university conducts an entrance test to grant admission to this course. The applications for the KKHSOU PhD test will be released in July on the official website and the last date to apply will be 14 August 2024 *. While filling out the form students are required to pay  Rs 1000/- as an application fee.   There are 37 Seats in total for this programme which may vary subject to the approval of the competent authority.

To apply for the PhD course admission students are required to have a master's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% of marks. KKHSOU Admission Form 2024-25

The candidate needs to fill out the KKHSOU application form before the deadline set by the university. The candidate first needs to check the eligibility criteria. The last date to submit the KKHSOU Admission Form 2024-25 is  30 May 2024 .

Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University   Admission : offers the online application form on, the  KKHSOU website www.kkhsou.in . If the candidate fills the  online form  then the candidate attaches all the required scanned copies of documents, passport-size photographs, and signatures.

The candidate pays the online fees by debit card, credit card, and net banking. after the KKHSOU form submission candidate can take the printout of the application form because the university generates the login ID and password for future reference.

KKHSOU Admission Form fee is Rs 300 for every course the amount is the same if any old student takes re-admission to any course offered by the university. Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University may take a late fee if any student applies for admission after the last date.

• Pay the application fee via net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI, etc. 
• Save it, and print the form for further processing along with the payment slip.

Note: A student applying for admissions in the BPL/EWS category must submit the latest government documents for the category as per the guidelines of the Assam government. Otherwise, Fee waivers are not available for EWS/BPL learners.

Step 1: Register using the "Create Account" process. The email ID and mobile number used for registration must be valid and functional and should preferably belong to the applicant. Communications will be done only to the registered email address or mobile number.

Step 2: After Registration, you will be able to log in using the username and password sent to you in your registered email and mobile number. The User name and password will be valid for the entire admission process. You can retrieve the password from the "Forgot Password" option

The applicant ought to pass the KKHSOU CET.  Candidates who might be excluded from the Entrance Test on the off chance that they: 

• Have passed BBA from KKHSOU or perceived by it OR
• Possess a MAT score of 500 or more OR
• At least 3 years of involvement with administrative or supervisory positions.

A competitor is permitted lateral entry for an MBA on the off chance that he/she has: 

• Passed PG Diploma in Business Management with 32 credits from any college having 75% normal courses and perceived by UGC.
• Lateral entry in the 3rd Semester of the MBA will be expanded.
• Admission will need earlier authorization from the university authorities.

Eligibility Criteria for KKHSOU Admission 2024-25

For kk Handique BA admission : KKHSOU Admission 2024 applicants must have attained a minimum of 50% marks in their 10+2 exams. In order to be admitted to a Bachelor of Arts program, he/she must be from an arts background.

For KKHSOU BCA Admission:  a 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with Mathematics or Computer Science from a Council/University recognized by UGC.

b. Diploma passed from Polytechnics in any branch of Engineering.

c. Candidates not having Mathematics or Computer Science at 10+2 level shall have to take three additional courses namely: Additional Mathematics-1, Basic Science-1, and Computer Science and Application-1.

For KKHSOU MSC IT Admission:  Any graduate with maths at 12th/graduate level from science or similar subjects. Passing BCA, BSC Computer Science, or BSC IT from any recognized university of UGC.

KKHSOU DCS Admission : Passed 12th/Graduation with maths from UGC-approved university. Having a BSC IT or BCA degree will help individuals to apply for the KKHSOU DCS program.

For KKHSOU Phd Admission:  A candidate must secure a master's degree from any stream with a 55 Percent score. A professional degree of equal value can help individuals to apply for the KKHSOU Phd admission.

For KKHSOU BCOM/BBA/BSC admission

• Candidates should have passed 10+2 or a similar exam in any stream from a state council/university.
• A three-year polytechnic diploma from any branch.
• Students can apply by getting BPP from the KKHSOU.

1. KK Handiqui National Fellowship: The University offers this association in different fields. The partnership comprises a limit of Rs 12 Lakh. Interested competitors need to fill the structure through the authority site of the college.

2. Scholarship for Female Service Aspirants: This scholarship is given to female competitors who have effectively cleared the UPSC assessment. The top five women competitors will be granted a scholarship of Rs 1 Lakh.
