KEEP IN MIND

  • The language requirements when applying for a scholarship may be different because scholarship providers may have different requirements.
  • If you are a native English speaker and / or you have (fully) completed your education in English, you also have to meet the specific English language requirement.

You are exempted from the English language requirement if you hold:

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least Professional Title with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 8.0/10.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a 4 year Licence degree or a Diplome with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 14.0/20.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least Licenciado degree or Professional Title with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 7.5/10.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a Bachelor (Honours) degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 2 nd  class (honours) upper or first division.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a 4-year bachelor's degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 15.00/20.00.

Students from Iran are welcome to study at UT. However, please note that restrictions may be in place when you apply for a technical study at the University of Twente and have Iranian nationality. To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a 4 year Lisans Diplomasi degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 3.0/4.0 or 7.0/10.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor degree obtained at a public university or Institution accredited by the NCHE with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 4.0/5.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have a 3 or 4 year Bachelor Honours degree. 

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a 4 year Bachelor degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 2.7/4.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have a Licenciado degree or Professional Title with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 4.0 on a scale with a maximum of 6.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have a Baklavr degree or Specialist Diploma with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 4.0/5.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a 4 year Licenciatura degree or Professional Title with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 14.0/20.0 or 7.5/9.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have a Bachelor degree with Honours with a minimum of at least 2 nd Class Upper Division.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have a Master's degree or Postgraduate diploma with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 3.0/4.0.

To be considered for admission to a MSc programme, applicants should have at least a 3 year Bachelor degree with a final cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 75%.

If your degree(s) is mentioned above and you fulfil the minimum CGPA as mentioned in the country list, it does not mean you are automatically admissible. Even if you meet the CGPA, this does not mean that you will be admitted, as the admission committee will also review your relevant courses and the scores you hold for these (relevant) courses. 

The University of Twente will take your application under consideration and will then proceed to transfer it to a pre-master's programme in case you are not directly eligible for a master's programme. If some cases, you might receive a rejection of your application, please be aware this rejection is valid for both master's and pre-master's programmes.
