Apple Business Connect Special Hours

I'm using the ABC dashboard to add special hours/days (not part of the regular schedule). After the date, when I go to delete the special hours, I click Remove, and then Save, close the edit screen, and the hours have not been removed. I thought maybe it would take time for the change to be reflected. When I go back another day, they are still showing in my dashboard. They may not be showing on my profile, because the date has passed. However, I don't like the idea of leaving old special hours in place. What happens when I want to add different special hours next year?

• Appointment setting headache Hi, I did not like the new change to the already brilliant interface we had while creating new meetings. I usually go to the date in the calendar and hit the ’+’ sign to create the meeting. At that point I am only interested in the start time, end time etc, etc. 99% of the time, the meeting ends on the same day. • Autofill Date help Creating an amortization schedule and I’m trying to auto fill the dates to reflect the first of each month, and it’s auto filling to each date of the month instead (ie 7/1 turning into 7/2, etc) is there a way to make it full to the 1st of each new month? 278 7
• Possible to auto populate my work schedule? I work a straight schedule of 4 days on, two days off. Is there a way I can go into the calendar and have my schedule for the whole year auto filled in? When it comes to scheduling days off, this would make it much more convenient to be able to look ahead in advance. As a recent graduate of California State University, Fullerton, business major Isaac Alferos has tirelessly engaged as a digital equity advocate and activist in higher education — and he’s made real change across California and beyond.

As one of the few African and Asian Americans in his school, Isaac experienced systemic racism early on. “My teachers disciplined me harder — I was always perceived as being disruptive. I learned to reject what I was, in favor of performing what they wanted me to be.”

At CSU Fullerton, Isaac joined the Male Success Initiative, where men of color are empowered to achieve their potential. Feeling “at home” for the first time, it inspired him to advocate for an accessible, inclusive future in education through policy change.

For the past year, Isaac has served as president of the Cal State Student Association and was recognized by the California State legislature as the official representative of 480,000 students across all 23 CSU campuses. He’s chosen Apple technology to power every step of his work, from the lecture hall to city hall.

“As a man of color whose success was fostered in my community, I have a duty to ensure our narratives are never forgotten.”

Notes on iPad with Apple Pencil supports every aspect of his civic engagements with board members and campus leaders, as well as his research work. “iPad is my Swiss army knife — it works for all situations, and seamlessly with my Mac and iPhone to support my full calendar of activities.”

For academics, Isaac uses Mac with RStudio to crunch data sets and conduct research for his successful proposals — like writing statewide legislation that makes it easier for low-income students to apply to college with a single, universal application.

iPad also enables his creativity and helps “humanize what leadership looks like, by making it personal.” Through the Black + Brown Healing Project, an organization he founded to support BIPOC writers and creatives, he wrote a book of poetry capturing his experiences as a black, queer man — all on iPad.

The foundation of leadership and productivity that Isaac has built as an undergrad will continue to serve as a springboard for his commitment to social justice. And he’s just getting started.

Good Friday is a conundrum for many people. Easter is such a major holiday in the Christian faith that it seems like it would also be a government holiday. It’s not, though. But that doesn’t mean everything will be open.

Markets, governments and businesses usually agree on days off, but they have differing policies when it comes to Good Friday. Confused? Don’t worry. Here’s what you can expect.

Are banks open on Good Friday?

Yes—and no. Good Friday is not a federal holiday, so banks in most states will be open. Twelve states, however, recognize Good Friday as a state holiday, so branches in Connecticut, Texas, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina and North Dakota could be closed.

Will there be any mail delivery on Good Friday?

Yes. Since this isn’t a federal holiday, the U.S. Postal Service will operate as it does on any other day. UPS and FedEx will conduct business as usual, also—and their drop off locations will have normal hours.

Is the stock market open on Good Friday?

Here’s where things get a little confusing. The stock market observes Good Friday as a holiday, so the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq will both be closed.

Are government offices open on Good Friday?

As with banks, it really comes down to where you live. Since 12 states recognize the day as an official holiday, you won’t be able to access DMV offices, courts or city halls in Connecticut, Texas, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina and North Dakota.

Which retail and grocery stores are closed on Good Friday?

Almost none. No major retailer shuts down for Good Friday—and several hold Easter or Spring sales hoping to lure in last-minute shoppers who are assisting the Easter Bunny this Sunday.

• Many  CVS  stores will be open regular hours on Easter, however some stores may be closed or have reduced hours. Check with your local pharmacy for their specific holiday hours. You can find your local CVS pharmacy using the company's  store locator .
• Walgreens will be open regular hours.
• Rite Aid locations will be open regular hours.

Are Home Depot, Lowe's or Ace Hardware open on Easter?

• Home Depot stores will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, the company confirmed to USA TODAY.
• Lowe's stores will be closed.
• Ace Hardware stores are independently owned and operated, so hours vary by location. Customers are encouraged to contact their local store to confirm business hours on Easter.

Are banks, post offices, UPS and FedEx open on Easter?

U.S. Postal Service facilities will be closed for retail transactions and there will be no regular residential or business mail deliveries on Sunday, March 31, the USPS confirmed to USA TODAY in an emailed statement. The agency did say that Priority Mail Express is delivered 365 days a year, including Sundays.

UPS and FedEx pickup and delivery services will not be available on Easter. UPS Store locations may be closed, according the company's website., and FedEx Office hours will also be modified.

Some branches of national banks will be closed on Easter since it falls on a Sunday.

• Branches of JPMorgan Chase that would typically be open on Sunday will be closed on Easter, the company told USA TODAY.
• Wells Fargo has some branches that are open on Sundays and those branches will be open on Sunday, March 31, the company told USA TODAY. Customers can visit  www.wellsfargo.com  for real-time information on branch hours.
• Bank of America financial centers are always closed on Sundays, even on non-holidays, so they will not be open on Easter, the company told USA TODAY.
• All Capital One branch and café locations will be open regular hours on Good Friday and Easter except for three locations located in malls.

Prigozhin has pledged to blockade Rostov and move on to Moscow if Russia’s Defence Minister and top generals do not meet with him in the city by tonight.

On Friday (June 23), Prigozhin accused Russian troops of launching a rocket attack that killed scores of his fighters. While the grizzled leader of Wagner Group has recently shared a frosty relationship with the country’s top military brass, this was a new low.

Immediately escalating the matter, Prigozhin vowed to march to Rostov in retaliation. Over the course of last night and this morning, his forces reached the city and took over military installations. While a number of unverified videos of Wagner troops in Rostov-on-Don have been circulating, it is still unclear whether Russian regulars and Wagner forces clashed in the city.

What is clear, however, is that as things stand, there is a sizable presence of Wagner forces in the city with Prigozhin releasing a video earlier today, where he claimed to be inside and in control at the city’s military command centre.

But, why Rostov?

Rostov-on-Don is the largest city in southwestern Russia, home to a million people, and the administrative centre of Rostov Oblast and the Southern Federal District of Russia. This region borders eastern Ukraine where the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict has been raging.

The city itself is approximately just 100 km away from the border and is located along the main route between the border with Ukraine’s Donbas region and Moscow, around 1,100 km further to the north.

Consequently, it is a crucial command and logistical hub for the Russian army, housing the headquarters of the Russian Southern Military District, whose 58th Combined Arms Army is engaged in operations against Kyiv’s counteroffensive in southern Ukraine, as per DW.

Furthermore, Rostov is also the home base for the command centre of the Russian Joint Group of Forces in Ukraine as a whole.

What are the larger ramifications of this development?

As per the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), any threat to Russian military presence in the city may have far-reaching ramifications for the outcome of the war.

Some observers have gone as far as stating that this is a turning point in the war in Ukraine.

“Taking control of Rostov-on-Don, or at least part of Rostov-on-Don where the headquarters of the Russian army is, is an unprecedented move and it shows how weak the Russian military is,” Roman Goncharenko, international correspondent for DW, said.

However, Prigozhin himself has assured that Russian war efforts will not be impeded. In his statement earlier today, he said that while his fighters were in control of an aerodrome, planes taking part in the Ukraine offensive were “leaving as normal” from the airfield.

“We took [the aerodrome] under control so that the attack aviation does not strike us, but strikes the Ukrainians,” Prigozhin said. “We came here to stop the disgrace in the country that we live in … We are saving Russia,” he added.
