To meet the demands brought by the changes in curriculum and academic regulations as well as the developments in science and technology, the 2010 guidelines have been revised. The revised version regulates the implementation of the final project in general so that it allows the publication of supplements by the Faculty, Postgraduate Program (PPs), or Study Program. Such supplements can be prepared and used as long as their content does not conflict with these guidelines. It is hoped that, with the help of these guidelines, the process of completion of the final project can run smoothly and students are encouraged to complete their studies on time.

Contoh Surat Rekomendasi Beasiswa Unggulan Kemdikbud 2024

Contoh surat rekomendasi dari atasan untuk mendaftar program Beasiswa Unggulan Kemdikbud 2024 dan link download PDF.

Penerima Beasiswa Unggulan berkesempatan mendapatkan dukungan dana atau manfaat berupa biaya pendidikan, tunjangan awal kuliah, biaya hidup, biaya pembelian buku, biaya penelitian, hingga uang transportasi pulang-pergi (PP).

Mengingat sasaran pelamar adalah pegawai Kemendikbudristek, maka surat rekomendasi beasiswa harus diterbitkan oleh pejabat instansi. Berdasarkan ketentuan dari penyelenggara, surat rekomendasi beasiswa unggulan wajib ditandatangani dan diterbitkan oleh Pejabat Unit Utama atau setingkat Eselon II.

Setelah semua persyaratan telah terpenuhi, pendaftar Beasiswa Unggulan nantinya akan melalui dua tahapan seleksi yang jadwalnya akan diumumkan kemudian.

Persyaratan Pendaftaran Beasiswa Unggulan Kemdikbudristek 2024

Terdapat persyaratan umum dan khusus bagi calon pendaftar Beasiswa Unggulan Kemendikbudristek 2024. Berikut ini syarat mendaftar beasiswa unggulan pegawai Kemdikbudristek 2024:

A. Persyaratan Umum

  • Calon pendaftar berstatus sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Kemdikbudristek
  • Calon pendaftar telah diusulkan oleh pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama
  • Mendapat persetujuan Kepala Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Kementerian
  • Rekomendasi pimpinan terkait bidang studi yang diambil sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi
  • Memiliki penilaian kinerja minimal baik
  • Dapat mempertahankan indeks prestasi semester (IPS) minimal 3,25 pada program Magister (S2) dan Doktor (S3) atau yang ditentukan lain sesuai standar yang ditentukan oleh perguruan tinggi masing-masing selama menjadi penerima Beasiswa Unggulan.

B. Persyaratan Khusus

Persyaratan Beasiswa Unggulan Program Magister (S2)

1. Calon pendaftar belum berusia 47 tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember tahun pendaftaran. Syarat usia ini khusus bagi calon pendaftar dari:

  • Jabatan pelaksana
  • Jabatan fungsional keterampilan
  • Jabatan fungsional jenjang pertama
  • Jabatan fungsional jenjang muda
  • Pejabat pengawas

Khusus untuk jabatan fungsional jenjang madya, calon pendaftar belum berusia 49 tahun.

2. Diterima di perguruan tinggi dalam negeri yang telah terakreditasi paling rendah B (Baik Sekali) dan pada program studi terakreditasi paling rendah B (Baik Sekali), serta masuk dalam daftar perguruan tinggi tujuan Beasiswa Unggulan atau perguruan tinggi di luar negeri yang diakui oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi.

3. Berstatus mahasiswa baru yang masuk pada semester ganjil 2024/2025.

4. Beasiswa hanya diperuntukkan untuk kelas reguler dan tidak untuk kelas-kelas sebagai berikut:

  • Kelas eksekutif
  • Kelas khusus
  • Kelas karyawan
  • Kelas jarak jauh
  • Kelas internasional bagi pendaftar tujuan studi dalam negeri
  • Kelas yang diselenggarakan di lebih dari satu negara perguruan tinggi

5. Memiliki IPK S1 minimal 3,00 pada skala 4

6. Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Indonesia, dibuktikan dengan sertifikat Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia ( UKBI ) yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa (Badan Bahasa), Kemendikbudristek, untuk tujuan perguruan tinggi dalam negeri dan luar negeri dengan ketentuan berikut:

  • Paket UKBI yang diambil adalah Paket 1
  • Predikat sekurang-kurangnya Unggul (skor 578 - 640)

7. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dari lembaga resmi yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat untuk tujuan perguruan tinggi luar negeri dengan skor minimal:

  • ITP/PBT: 550
  • PTE Academic:58

8. Memiliki rencana studi dengan ketentuan berikut:

  • Memuat gambaran tentang alasan memilih bidang/program studi
  • Memuat topik yang akan ditulis dalam tesis
  • Memuat rencana studi dari awal semester hingga selesai
  • Mengunggah dokumen rencana studi pada kolom yang tersedia di sistem.

Persyaratan Beasiswa Unggulan Program Doktor (S3)

1. Memenuhi batasan usia sebagai berikut:a. Belum memasuki usia 44 tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember tahun pendaftaran untuk:

  • Jabatan fungsional ahli pertama
  • Jabatan fungsional ahli muda dan pejabat pengawas
  • Pejabat administrator

b. Belum memasuki usia 46 tahun untuk:

  • Jabatan fungsional ahli madya
  • Pimpinan tinggi pratama

c. Belum memasuki usia 51 tahun untuk jabatan fungsional ahli utama

2. Diterima di perguruan tinggi dalam negeri yang telah terakreditasi paling rendah B (Baik Sekali) dan pada program studi terakreditasi paling rendah B (Baik Sekali) serta masuk dalam daftar perguruan tinggi tujuan Beasiswa Unggulan atau perguruan tinggi di luar negeri yang diakui oleh Ditjen Dikti.

3. Berstatus mahasiswa baru yang masuk pada semester ganjil 2024/2025

5. Memiliki IPK S2 minimal 3,25 pada skala 4

6. Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Indonesia, dibuktikan dengan sertifikat UKBI yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Bahasa Bahasa, Kemendikbudristek, untuk tujuan perguruan tinggi dalam negeri dan luar negeri dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

  • Proposal sekurang-kurangnya memuat judul, latar belakang, rumusan masalah, pertanyaan penelitian, metode, manfaat, kesimpulan dan saran, dan daftar pustaka
  • Dokumen proposal penelitian disertasi diunggah pada kolom yang tersedia di sistem.

Contoh Surat Rekomendasi Beasiswa Unggulan Kemdikbudristek 2024

Salah satu dokumen persyaratan yang harus disiapkan oleh calon pendaftar Beasiswa Unggulan Kemdikbudristek 2024 adalah surat rekomendasi beasiswa dari atasan.

Sesuai namanya, surat tersebut berisi pernyataan rekomendasi dari atasan mengapa pelamar patut memperoleh beasiswa. Surat pernyataan itu harus ditandatangani oleh atasan pelamar, setidaknya setingkat pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama.

Surat rekomendasi ini memuat informasi mengenai data identitas pemberi rekomendasi, identitas calon pendaftar, serta alasan memberikan rekomendasi beasiswa tersebut.

Surat rekomendasi beasiswa juga bisa memuat penilaian kinerja pelamar selama bekerja di lingkungan Kemendikbudristek.

Tata Cara Daftar Beasiswa Unggulan Kemdikbudristek 2024

Proses pendaftaran Beasiswa Unggulan pegawai Kemdikbud 2024 meliputi pengisian data diri dan penyerahan berkas-berkas secara digital. Berdasarkan dokumen petunjuk teknis (juknis) dari penyelenggara, berikut cara daftar Beasiswa Unggulan pegawai Kemdikbud 2024:

  • Klik link pendaftaran beasiswa di atas atau buka situs beasiswaunggulan.kemdikbud.go.id, lalu pilih menu "Pendaftaran" melalui browser ;
  • Lakukan pendaftaran akun terlebih dahulu bagi pelamar yang belum memiliki akun;
  • Isi form pendaftaran untuk pembuatan akun Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia dengan lengkap dan benar. Jika sudah klik tombol "Simpan";
  • Setelah berhasil, silahkan cek email untuk melakukan verifikasi akun. Pelamar perlu melakukan verifikasi akun agar akun dapat digunakan untuk login dan mengusulkan beasiswa;
  • Buka email dari Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia;
  • Klik tombol "Konfirmasi Akun";
  • Setelah email berhasil terkonfirmasi, silahkan login menggunakan akun pelamar yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya dengan username adalah NIK pelamar dan password ;
  • Lalu buat usulan beasiswa dengan klik menu "Pengajuan Beasiswa", lalu klik "Tambah Pengajuan" untuk mengusulkan beasiswa;
  • Pilih "Program Beasiswa" dan "Strata beasiswa", lalu kemudian mengisi status mahasiswa, tahun mulai perkuliahan, negara tujuan, universitas tujuan, program studi tujuan, dan status difabel. Setelah semua isian sudah terisi, klik tombol "Simpan";
  • Isi semua informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat usulan mulai dari menu "Biodata Mahasiswa" sampai menu "Sertifikat Kompetensi";
  • Setiap perubahan yang disimpan akan tersimpan sebagai draft dan masih bisa diubah kembali;
  • Jika semua form sudah terisi, masuk ke menu "Konfirmasi Berkas", kemudian periksa kembali seluruh data yang diisi dengan seksama sebelum menekan tombol "Ajukan Berkas Beasiswa." Pelamar tidak bisa lagi mengubah data jika tombol "Ajukan Berkas Beasiswa" ditekan;
  • Jika sudah klik "Ajukan Berkas Beasiswa" untuk menyelesaikan pendaftaran.
