700 Words Essay on Why I Love Pakistan

Pakistan, my homeland, holds a cherished place in my heart for countless reasons. The breathtaking beauty of our country never fails to captivate me. From the majestic peaks of the northern mountains to the serene beaches of the southern coast, Pakistan’s landscapes are diverse and awe-inspiring. Whether trekking through the lush valleys of Swat or exploring the ancient forts of Punjab, each region offers a unique glimpse into the natural splendor that defines our nation.

Beyond its physical allure, Pakistan is a tapestry woven with the threads of diverse cultures and traditions. Our society is a vibrant mosaic of languages, customs, and festivals that reflect the richness of our heritage. Whether celebrating the vibrancy of Basant in Lahore or the cultural richness of Sindhi weddings, these traditions unite us in a shared sense of pride and identity.

The history of Pakistan is a testament to the resilience and courage of its people. Our journey to independence, under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, symbolizes our unwavering determination to forge our own destiny. The sacrifices made during the struggle for freedom and subsequent conflicts have shaped our national identity and inspire us to uphold the values of unity and perseverance.

Pakistan’s potential for growth and opportunity is another reason why I hold it dear. With a burgeoning youth population and a rapidly expanding economy, there are endless possibilities for progress in fields such as technology, agriculture, and entrepreneurship. As a student, I am eager to contribute to the advancement of our country and to play my part in shaping its promising future.

Additionally, the principles of Islam form the moral compass of our society. Values such as compassion, justice, and respect for others are integral to our interactions and underscore our commitment to harmony and understanding. These teachings not only guide our personal conduct but also foster a spirit of unity among Pakistanis of diverse backgrounds.

The cultural diversity of Pakistan is a source of immense pride and fascination for me. Each province and region boasts its own distinct traditions and languages, adding layers of richness to our national identity. From the vibrant dance forms of Punjab to the intricate artistry of Balochi embroidery, these cultural expressions celebrate our heritage and foster a deep sense of belonging among Pakistanis.

Moreover, Pakistan’s rich literary heritage has left an indelible mark on me. From the poetry of Allama Iqbal, who envisioned Pakistan as a homeland for Muslims of the subcontinent, to the literary prowess of writers like Saadat Hasan Manto and Faiz Ahmed Faiz, our literature reflects the depth of our intellectual and artistic traditions. These literary giants have inspired generations with their words, shaping our collective consciousness and reaffirming our commitment to knowledge and enlightenment.

The hospitality of the Pakistani people is another aspect of our national character that fills me with pride. Whether in bustling cities or remote villages, the warmth and generosity of Pakistanis are evident in our interactions with friends, family, and strangers alike. The tradition of ‘mehman nawazi’ (hospitality) is deeply ingrained in our culture, embodying the values of kindness and openness that define us as a nation.

Furthermore, Pakistan’s geographical location is strategically significant, bridging South Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. This unique position has historically made Pakistan a hub of trade, culture, and diplomacy. The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a testament to our country’s potential to serve as a gateway for economic cooperation and development in the region and beyond.

As a student, I am keenly aware of the challenges that Pakistan faces, from economic disparities to social issues and environmental concerns. However, these challenges also represent opportunities for growth and transformation. The resilience and resourcefulness of our people give me hope for a future where Pakistan can fulfill its immense potential as a prosperous and progressive nation.

In conclusion, my love for Pakistan is rooted in its natural beauty, cultural diversity, rich history, economic potential, adherence to Islamic values, literary heritage, hospitality, and strategic significance. Each aspect contributes to the unique tapestry that is Pakistan, a country that continues to evolve and inspire. As a student, I am proud to be part of this dynamic nation and committed to contributing positively to its future. Together, we can build a brighter tomorrow for Pakistan, where every Pakistani can thrive and prosper.

In this essay, the student will discuss the reasons for loving his country, the problems of the country and solutions as well. The Essay is as under:-

(Essay on Why I love Pakistan with Quotes for Class 10, Class 12, Graduation and Other Classes.)

I like to see a man proud of the place in which he lives. I like to see a man live so that his place will be proud of him.” (Abraham Lincoln)

Patriotism is devoted love, support and defense of one’s country. It is an attachment to a homeland. This attachment can be viewed in terms of different features relating to one’s own homeland, including cultural political or historical aspects. Certainly, a person becomes emotionally attached to the place where he lives. So it is a natural passion. I also love my country very much. I am proud of Pakistan. Its history, culture, and brave people. It is my beloved country and motherland.

“Men love their country, not because it is great, but because it is their own.”

l love my country Pakistan, for its ideology. It was established on the basis of an ideology. Pakistan is the fort and the heart of the Islamic world. We achieved it in the name of Islam, so that we may perform our religious duties freely according to our own will. Being an Islamic state its constitution is completely based on Islamic principles. It is a state where we are free to shape our destiny. Here we are free in our political, social, religious and educational fields. It is a place where we feel safe and live a life according to our religious principles.

“A man’s country is not a certain area of land, of mountains, rivers, and woods, but it is a principle; and patriotism is loyalty to that principle.”

(GEORGE WILLIAM CURTIUS)

I am proud of my people whose personalities and achievements inspired the people of the whole world. It’s the land where our hero, our leader Qauid-e-Azam had lived. It’s the place where the great and glorious men like Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Hafeez Jalindhari, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, Dr. Abdul Qadeer, Abdus Salam and many more had passed their magnificent lives.

“A nation reveals itself not only by the men it produces, but also by the men it honors, the men it remembers.”

(John Fitzgerald Kennedy)

My country is full of many beautiful natural scenes. It is the land of mighty mountains, fast flowing rivers, beautiful valleys, outstanding landscape, lush green fields and trees. The unbelievably beautiful scenes of Kalam, Naraan, Kagaan, Sawat and Kashmir marvel the visitors. The tourists can’t help praising the awesome scenic beauty of these places.

Anyhow, being true patriots, we need to remove the evils which stain our beloved land. The need of the hour is to remove the corruption, unbalanced distribution of wealth, unemployment, poverty, smuggling, illiteracy and terrorism from our country. We need to encourage, justice and fundamental electoral reforms make our country very powerful, strong, united and formidable.

“He loves his country best who strives to make it best.”

(Robert G. Ingersoll)

As I love my country, I want to see Pakistan to be a true and ideal Islamic state. For this, we all need to work individually. We need to change our character positively. l want to shape Pakistan, which will be inspiring to all the nations. I wish to see my motherland a free, fearless, more united and affluent country. I have devoted all of my time for its prosperity and welfare. l am determined to propagate the ideology of Pakistan in the circles of my friends, and acquaintances. May my efforts result in success and Pakistan gets progress by leaps and bounds.

I love Pakistan more than my own life because my existence has no value apart from it. I love it because I owe my life to it. If I have to give reasons for my live of Pakistan, I can say that it commands my love for being the land which begot me and which sustains me. It is not surprising that a person loves his home and family. It is because he is bound to it with ties that are known and felt by every one of us. It is ungrateful to betray one’s benefactor, So, I never think of feeling anything except love for my country.

The culture and civilization of this country are felt in my blood. What I am is very deeply connected with Pakistan and cannot be separated from it as a part of the body cannot be separated from it without bitter pain. The atmosphere around me is the outcome of centuries of development. I am proud of the cultural heritage of Pakistan which sustains me and my country men. If I disown these bonds, nobody can be more ungrateful. As is remarked by someone,

“More deadly than a serpeant’s tooth is an ungrateful child.”

The Romans thought that the greatest moral virtue was to love one’s country. A person who failed to love his country was called a traitor and was punished with death. The Germans in the 20th century defied the whole worlf20th century defied the whole world because they loved their country above anything else and thought that they were worthy of ruling the whole world. Intoxicated with this idea, they proved to be the most powerful nation of the world. Their unity was without and stain. It proves that love of one’s country gives new personal strength and faith in a higher ideal which lies behind all human progress. This land which is mostly inhabited by the Muslims is a source of inspiration to me.

There is still another reason for my love of Pakistan. Since the decline of the Muslim rule in Indo-Pakistan the Muslims had a very hard time. With the efforts of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, his friends and followers, the Muslims of this country realized their condition Then under the inspiring leadership of the Quaid-e-Azam, they fought for the creation of Pakistan. Pakistan came into being on August 1947 for which we had to give great sacrifices. Millions of people lost their lives and homes. Such a dearly bought prize cannot be neglected. My love has immense depth for this reason too.

We love Pakistan not because it has imposing and beautiful buildings, or it has vast tracts of fertile land and gardens, or it abounds with fine places of natural scenery. All these things are possessed by other countries of the world, perhaps in a better measure and on a grander scale. We love Pakistan because of its men. Men in the real sense of the word make or unmake nations. The wealth, ammunition and landed property do not constitute a nation. Pakistanis are good at heart; they are straight-forward and sincere. They are generous and hospitable. They consider life worth living. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. Fair in their dealings, upright in their act as, dauntless in their undertakings. They are worthy of our love.

In the end, I should say that I love Pakistan because it is fountain of my life, safety and honour. To have no lover for it means to have no love for my own self.

The name of my country is the “Islamic Republic of Pakistan.” It is very dear to me. It is my homeland and I am proud of being Pakistani. Pakistan came into being on August 14, 1947. It was a united country before it. At that time it was ruled over by the British. The British were foreigners and ruled over this country for about 200 years. It was the age of slavery. The British were very cruel to the Muslims. The Muslims were leading miserable life. Their condition was pitiable. Before that, the Muslims had ruled over this great country for 800 years with great pomp and show. Unfortunately, they were made slaves by the British.

“In Pakistan, lies our deliverance, defence and honour.” – (Muhammad Ali Jinnah)

At last, the Muslims started a movement for their freedom. A number of great Muslim leaders created a wave of religious, social and political awakening in Muslims. Among these great leaders, the names of Tipu Sultan, Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, Syed Ahmad Shaheed, Maulana Nazir Ahmad, Maulana Halim Maulana Shibli, Ali Brothers and Maulana Zafar Ali Khan are worth mentioning. Allama Iqbal tops this list. In his poetry, he gave the Muslims the message of hope. He taught them self-respect and gave them a sense of dignity. He showed them their glorious past and gave them the hope of a bright future.

In his speech at Allahabad in 1930, Allama Iqbal expressed the idea that Muslims of India should have their own independent state. In this way, he was the first Muslim leader to visualize Pakistan.

“The ultimate aim of an ego is not to see something, but is to be something.” – (Allama Muhammad Iqbal)

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a great leader of the Muslims who united the Muslims under his great leadership. As a result of his struggle, Pakistan appeared on the map of the world on August 14, 1947. Hence he was the founder of Pakistan. He was appointed as the first Governor-General of Pakistan. His health went down day by day due to his overwork. He died on September 11, 1948. he lives in our hearts. His motto was “Faith, Unity and Discipline.”

The aim of the establishment of Pakistan was to establish an Islamic Society and Islamic state. Pakistan is in fact, the fort of Islam. It stands for the support of the whole Islamic World. God has blessed Pakistan with rich resources. Now it is our entre duty to make Pakistan a great, strong and prosperous country.

“Men Love their country, not because it is great, but because it is their own.” – (Seneca)

The population of Pakistan is about 150 Million. It has four provinces, Punjab Sindh, Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhawa. The capital of Pakistan is Islamabad, a beautiful and worth seeing place. Other famous cities of Pakistan are Karachi, Lahore Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Hyderabad. The national language of Pakistan is Urdu. Punjabi, Sindhi, Pushto and Baluchi are its provincial or regional languages. Pakistan is basically an agricultural country. Most of its population is illiterate. But now education is spreading day by day. It is making great progress in science, technology and industry. Pakistan army is one of the best armies in the world. The future of Pakistan is very bright by the grace of God. May Pakistan live long!
