When I taught the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I found there was an absence of lesson plans/activities to accompany the delivery of the course. Most of the course participants were busy professionals with a high level of existing skills and knowledge, but they often struggled to pinpoint what content was needed in order to evidence the criteria in the written assignments. I created a series of workbooks for each of the 3 units of the award to act as classroom activities to complete during the course, to act as a reference point for learners when completing their written assignments, and to complement the evidence portfolio if any of the criteria had been missed in the body of the written assignments.

This is a collection of three 22-page workbooks to accompany the teaching of City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Education and Training, based on the criteria in units 301, 302 and 305.
