Mukhin was directed to work to the scientific-industrial organization "Neorganika" (Elektrostal, Moscow region) where he is working during 47 years, at present as the head of the laboratory of carbon sorbents. Victor M. Mukhin defended a Ph. D. thesis and a doctoral thesis at the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (in 1979 and 1997 accordingly). Professor of Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia. Scientific interests: production, investigation and application of active carbons, technological and ecological carbon-adsorptive processes, environmental protection, production of ecologically clean food.

Sponsored Walk to support Friends of Hillcrest
In the week beginning Monday 22 nd April all year groups will be doing a sponsored walk in support of Friends of Hillcrest Primary School. The sponsored walk will take place in Arnos Vale Cemetery during school hours and is a great opportunity for the kids to exercise and have fun whilst raising funds, all of which go towards enriching their education and school experience.
Each year group has set its own challenge:
Yr 6 will be challenging themselves to find out how many times they can go up and down the MAIN HILL in a set period of time.
Anyone who manages to raise £5 or over will receive a small prize!
