<strong>Facts</strong>-finding is one of the most importance elements in “Library Skills” subject. This<br />

<strong>assignment</strong> is given by En. Mohd Zaihan Bin Hussin at UITM Puncak Perdana, Shah Alam. It is<br />

a discovery stage in an inquiry or investigation where information is procured by using tools<br />

such as questionnaires, verified and assembled in a report. The focus of this <strong>assignment</strong> is to help<br />

the student to be the information professional in the future.

The purpose of this task is to help us in improving our facts finding skills. This <strong>assignment</strong> also<br />

let us know the question and topics that are not fully related in this field which it provides us<br />

very useful knowledge such as in the field of Economic, Entertainment, History, medic and<br />

Physics. Other than that, we were facing some difficulties such as there is no enough information<br />

provided and it teaches us how to be patient in collecting the right information and pick the best<br />

answer for each question. As you know, Google search is the most popular search engine in this<br />

century. The community such as students and workers usually use Google search as the right<br />

way to get the information that effect all areas of society, including the households, government,<br />

and the R&D enterprise. As a result, this task constantly helps us in reaching the most suitable<br />

skills of find good answer. Nevertheless, facts finding is the most effective way to develop good<br />

information.

In performing our <strong>assignment</strong>, we had to take the help and guideline of some respected<br />

people who deserve our greater gratitude. It is a genuine pleasure to express my deep sense of<br />

thanks and gratitude to my mentor, and guide En. Mohd Zaihan Bin Hussin, Lecturer of Library<br />

Skills at UiTM Puncak Perdana. His dedication and interest above all his overwhelming attitude<br />

to help his students had been solely and mainly responsible for completing our work. His timely<br />

advice and scientific approach have helped us to very great extend to accomplish this task.<br />
