If you are having problems logging in, please click the 'e-mailed' link under 'Forgot your password?' on the login page .
Students can sign up to give others (parents, employers, etc.) the ability to access their tuition account information. Authorized users can view account balances and make payments. Students also have the option to give Authorized Users access to their bills and payment history.
- Login to DUPay
- Select the Authorized Users tab under My Account
- Click Add Authorized User
- Enter the email address of the authorized user and select the permissions to allow
- Check the I agree box in the Agreement window
- Click Continue
Two emails will be sent to the authorized user with instructions to complete setup. One email contains their username, the second email contains their password.

Payment Plan Options
We offer payment plan options to pay your tuition and fees. Quarterly payment plans are available for undergraduates & graduates, and semester plans are available for law students. The application fee is $50 per quarter/semester.
Loan Payment Process
To make an online loan payment, you will need to go through DU's secure portal MyDU . Only checking/savings payments are accepted for loans.
Please use Google Chrome or Firefox. DO NOT use Safari as it is not compatible with DUPay or MyDU.

- DU ID - 87XXXXXXX
- Password - Your 6-digit date of birth, mmddyy
To view and pay your bill online through MyDU:
- Select Student Resources
- Under Financial Account Management, select Loan Manager
- Under Accounts/Billing, click View and Pay Bill
- Click Pay Online to make your secure payment

- If you are a Corporate customer, you can either contact your company’s authorised signatory to visit any du Store on your behalf or contact your du Account Manager to renew your plans.
- Yes, you can easily change your rate plan within our Postpaid eligible business plans, and it will not have any impact on the Metallic Number’s term or type (category) that you are on.
- If there is a foreclosure fee associated with your rate plan change, that will not impact the Metallic Number that you have subscribed to as long as you continue using your number with a Postpaid plan until your number’s commitment is over.
- What is the cancellation charge for the Metallic Number? Please note that when you cancel the plan during the 24-month contract for any reason including port-out, the Metallic Number will be returned to us. You will lose all your rights to it and will no longer be able to use it.

Du Prepaid Balance Check Inquiry
Du mobile customers can check their prepaid balance credits using shortcodes . These are codes designed to be shorter and easier to remember than telephone numbers and are unique to each (network) operator.
#1 You can use the shortcode *135# for free to check your Du mobile prepaid balance.
- Simply dial the shortcode *135# or type ‘balance’ in your messaging app send it to 1335.
- Wait for an SMS containing information regarding your remaining prepaid balance on your du sim.
- Note: du automatically sends notifications to their users if they’ve consumed 70%, 85%, and 100% of their mobile data.
