18 Motivational YouTube Channels For Self-Improvement

  • December 18, 2023

This post is all about the best motivational YouTube channels.

Motivational YouTube Channels.

If you want motivation, listen to the most successful people in the world. Luckily, many of them make the best YouTube videos in the world.

Another way to get motivation is to listen to inspirational video montages that play the most famous motivational speeches in the background. Not sure what I’m talking about? Not to worry, because you will learn about all of the BEST motivational YouTube channels in this post.

If you are needing a boost of motivation, after looking at a YouTube channel on this list below, you will absolutely get it! I am so thankful for all of these motivational YouTube channels because they have carried me through many days of low motivation, to ensure that I continue to chase my dreams.

If you want more motivation, and ultimately, to work toward a better life for yourself, bookmark this post.

Best Motivational YouTube Channels

1. Tony Robbins

If you haven’t heard of Tony Robbins , where have you been?! He is known as the ultimate self-improvement and motivational speaker, and has one of the best YouTube channels for motivation.

He is even the mentor for my personal favorite speaker, Ed Mylett. And I think that really says something, because Ed Mylett is an incredibly impressive motivational speaker himself.

If you didn’t know, Tony Robbins comes from a very modest upbringing. His father was MIA and his mother was abusive, but he persevered and eventually became incredibly successful.

Now, he hosts huge conferences that attendees often claim are life-changing, and he posts a ton of his motivational and inspiring content on his YouTube channel.

2. TEDx Talks

TEDx Talks is a YouTube channel with millions of subscribers, for good reason. On TEDx Talks, the most educated, successful speakers discuss topics such as motivation, mindset, inspiration, and a whole slew of other things.

The reason TED Talks are so good is because the speakers are always captivating, and a lot of the information they discuss is often backed by science.

Here is a great example: a TEDx talk on the psychology of self-motivation , to get you started.

3. Ben Lionel Scott

Whenever I am feeling down or super unmotivated, the videos by Ben Lionel Scott always give me a boost.

Basically, each video on this YouTube account is a combination or montage of inspirational content. And all of the videos are pretty serious, straightforward and intense. So, if you’re looking for light motivational content, I wouldn’t recommend this YouTube channel.

But if you’re suffering from a lack of motivation and you want a kick in the pants, this channel is perfect.

4. Mel Robbins

Mel Robbins’ YouTube channel is great for motivation for many reasons. She’s very relatable (a mom who admits her life struggles all the time) and honest. I like how she’s not afraid to keep things real. You can tell she really values that about her content – she works to ensure it’s authentic and relatable.

She is a great motivational speaker who will encourage you to keep going and not give up. You really can’t go wrong with her content. And if you like it enough, you can also find her on Instagram where she often shares selfie-style motivational videos, too.

5. Motiversity

Motiversity is a lot like the Ben Lionel Scott YouTube channel. Lots of montages of intense, motivational content that will definitely give you that boost you are looking for,

This channel is a great one if you need instant motivation to get something done quickly.

Black hands typing on a laptop.

6. Eric Thomas

Also known as the hiphoppreacher, Eric Thomas’ motivational syle is also intense. It seems that this kind of style really gets through to people, so I can see why it’s a bit of a theme in the motivational content space.

In this video, Eric Thomas speaks to the UCONN Huskies basketball team (a team that has won many national championships). If you are receptive to someone who is a bit yell-y (lol) but who is also very good at getting you to finally believe in yourself, listen to Eric Thomas.

7. Sandeep Maheshwari

Sandeep Maheshwari is an Indian motivational speaker with over 28 million subscribers. If you speak Hindi, you may want to check him out.

A few of his most popular YouTube videos include topics such as “How to make money without doing anything?”, how to “speak English with confidence”, and “morning motivational video”.

With that many subscribers, it’s a no-brainer to check him out for inspirational videos!

8. Ed Mylett

I can’t talk about motivation without mentioning my favorite – Ed Mylett! ALL of his content is awesome, but what I love about his YouTube channel is that his videos often feature his podcast episodes!

He runs a podcast called The Ed Mylett Show and every single Tuesday, he interviews fascinating guests. But where he really shines, I think, is on his Thursday episodes that he does solo.

Ed Mylett is so talented when it comes to being inspiring and giving motivational speeches, and you can find all of his content on his YouTube channel or on his social media.

9. Gary Vaynerchuk

Gary Vaynerchuk (also known as Gary Vee) is known for his inspirational business content.

If you are an aspiring entrepreneur, or someone who is very interested in marketing (maybe you’re a marketing major in college, for example), you will love his channel.

One of the things I always remember about Gary Vee is that years ago, before TikTok popped off, Gary Vee was CONSTANTLY telling content creators to get on the app! He wondered why everyone was stalling and not taking him seriously, but he wouldn’t stop talking about how anyone who got on TikTok was going to have a huge leg up on their competition.

Well, he couldn’t have been more right. TikTok really went crazy and so many people who jumped on it early got their big break.

Nowadays, I really trust Gary Vee’s predictions when it comes to trending marketing tactics and social media in general.

10. CJ Chan

If you love the Ben Lionel Scott and Motiversity YouTube channels, you will love the CJ Chan one, too. They are all so similar! Intense montage videos with various motivational speeches playing in the background and inspirational video content to go along with them!

Women doing squats.

11. Lewis Howes

Lewis Howes runs in the same circle of motivational speakers that Ed Mylett and Mel Robbins do. A former professional athlete, Lewis Howes is an incredibly wise business person.

His podcasts are easy to follow and relate to, and are always helpful. He also has a podcast that he records via video, and puts on YouTube.

Popular videos include topics like fasting, relationships, the law of attraction, and so much more!

12. Daily Boost Podcast

This is one of my new favorite motivational YouTube channels and podcasts!

The narrator, Scott, is so funny and down-to-earth, and every single week day he posts a new podcast and YouTube video that is short, but packed with a ton of wisdom.

For example, he recently recorded episodes about the importance of having an abundance mindset, how to find your purpose, and how passion creates motivation.

What I LOVE about this podcast and YouTube channel is, like I said, it’s short and motivational, and a new one is posted every single weekday. So if you are running low on time, it is so easy to pull up YouTube and listen for a quick hit of wisdom and motivation!

13. Jay Shetty

Jay Shetty is a former monk, so he offers an incredibly different perspective on life in general. His whole mission, in fact, is to “make wisdom go viral”.

He interviews people like Selena Gomez, Kendall Jenner, and even Joe Biden. He is a very respected and trusted person in the motivational space, as you can see by the kind of guests he is able to get on his show.

Jay Shetty talks a lot about relationships, mental health, the importance of being a kind person, chasing your dreams, and how to overcome difficult times.

If you want to learn life lessons and be motivated by someone who is seemingly incredibly wise and deeply motivating, check out Jay Shetty.

14. Mateusz M

When I was looking for motivational videos, this YouTube channel came up again and again. And now I can see why.

Not only are Mateusz M’s videos incredibly motivating, but his channel has over 1m subscribers, but many people actually claim that videos on this account have saved their life.

For instance, on this video in particular, you’ll see comments like “For 10 years this has been saving my life. Please don’t ever take this video down” and “I have been coming back to this video for nearly a decade. I can almost recite it by heart.” Clearly, this channel and this video really help people.

15. Gaur Gopal Das

Gaur Gopal Das is an Indian monk and motivational speaker. He has over 5m subscribers on his YouTube channel.

His videos get thousands of views almost instantly, and he creates videos on topics like letting go of things that upset you, how to find happiness and the value of hard work.

If you are looking for sincere, heart-warming content, this is the motivational YouTube channel for you.

Person's running shoes on beach while they run.

16. Dr. Vivek Bindra

According to YouTube, “Dr. Bindra is known for his motivational speeches and training programs on leadership, sales, and business management. He is one of the World’s Greatest Influencers, a Leadership Consultant & Inspirational Business Coach.”

Simply, he is one of the most motivational YouTubers out there.

I had never heard of Dr. Bindra as his videos are primarily in Hindi (much like Sandeep Maheshwari) but he has over 20 million subscribers, so clearly he’s pretty influential and well liked.

Many of his videos are about business as Dr. Vivek Bindra is the CEO of a company called Bada Business which aims to empower Indian entrepreneurs and wantrepreneurs (those wanting to become entrepreneurs).

If you can speak Hindi, check out any of Dr. Vivek Bindra’s videos on topics like investing, business lessons, leadership, and so much more.

17. Rachel Hollis

Rachel Hollis is a great motivational speaker. If you ever want to hear from a relatable woman, check out her content!

She’s the kind of content creator where you gotta just take what you want and leave the rest, but I’m certain that if you listen to some of her content on her YouTube channel you will walk away with at least a few gems for motivation.

Rachel Hollis’ content is all about getting out of your comfort zone, how to make positive changes, and ultimately how to live your best life.

18. Diary Of A CEO

Diary Of A CEO is one of my absolute favorite channels. The host, Steven Bartlett, is smart, well-spoken, relatable and funny. He is a great conversationalist, and interviews the most educated and successful people in the world.

On his show, for example, he’s had Alex Cooper from Call Her Daddy, Mel Robbins who I mentioned above, Rita Ora the singer, Busta Rhymes, and so many more unique and interesting people with all different kinds of backgrounds.

His videos cover a variety of topics, and each of them contain a TON of life-changing advice (really!). You really can’t go wrong with any of the videos from this channel – they are really all THAT good.

I hope you have found a few channels for motivation and self-improvement in this list. Let me know which ones are your favorite!

This post was all about motivational youtube channels.

Hi. I’m George and I’m a motivational video junkie.

Can you relate?

Well, you know you’re a motivational video (or audio) junkie if you’ve listened to them in all different settings, situations, and times of the day.

I’m talking about:

  • Listening in the shower
  • In the car when you’re driving alone
  • At the gym, while everyone else is listening to music
  • Listening while sorting laundry or unloading the dishwasher
  • While mowing the lawn
  • When you’re in the kitchen getting your kids food for the 15,000th time today
  • And especially listening right after you wake up to jump-start your day

There’s no better time to watch a motivational video than first thing in the morning.

That’s when your subconscious mind is most receptive and impressionable. Which makes it the perfect state of mind … a double-edged sword if you will.

Meaning, not only are you more likely to retain a positive mental state throughout the day, the motivational speeches will also jump-start your energy levels, mindset, and overall motivation for the day.

Sometimes I open YouTube and click on an inspirational video compilation before getting out of bed. It helps me feel motivated enough to get up and face the day.

If you have to get kids up for school, an extra long morning routine, or an extra busy day ahead of you in general, you know how it is.

It could be hours before you get time to work on your own goals or do the things you want to do. The kinds of activities that get you energized and motivated once you start doing them.

I’m talking about your hobbies, passion projects, blog, or business.

But what about everything else?

Finding something exciting to wake up and do first thing doesn’t work for everyone.

And neither do most of the hour long, self-care based morning routines you read about. At least not when you have kids that wake up when you do…

…no matter how many “15 minute intervals” earlier you set your alarm.

I’m not saying those techniques don’t work for some people, I’m sure they do. But the rest of us can benefit from a little morning motivation.

“Not everyone is born with motivation. There is a severe lack in some who believe ‘I’ll get to that one day’ or ‘the timing isn’t right’ or a classic case of ‘I can’t do that’.  Motivation is the defining factor that turns a good thought into immediate action. It turns a good idea into a business and can positively impact the world around you.” – Natalie Cook

Why Are Motivational Speakers Important?

People listen to motivational speakers for a variety of reasons. They can help you with just about any life, business, relationship, or personal development obstacle you might be having.

They are especially useful (and sometimes life-changing) when your mindset is preventing you from moving forward to reach your goals.

For example, you’re afraid to get started, or you don’t feel “ready”, or even if you just can’t motivate yourself to get enough done in the morning … inspiring and empowering speeches can help jump-start your brain.

Motivational speeches can:

  • Pick you up when you’re feeling low on energy or emotionally down
  • Make you feel good about yourself, accept yourself, and see the value in your uniqueness
  • Show you that you have something to offer the world that no one else does
  • Fire you up to take action and get things done, especially when you’re feeling unmotivated
  • Remind you why you got started in the first place
  • Help you recommit to your goals and dreams
  • Remind you that success in life takes resilience

Everyone gets knocked down. But the only way to reach your goals is to get up each time and keep moving forward no matter what obstacles you face.

A blue blog image with a Nelson Mandela Quote that says, "Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.”

Are you ready to check out the 22 motivational YouTube channels?

Below, you’ll find a wide range of channels, so it should be easy to find at least a handful that are perfect for you.

I’ve arranged the 22 Motivational YouTube channels in alphabetical order because, honestly, I couldn’t think of another logical way to sort them.

Some channels have millions of subscribers while others have only tens of thousands. A handful of the channels are from extremely famous people and others are run by people you’ve never even heard of.

But none of that is relevant when it comes to how inspirational, educational, or motivational their videos are or how much of a positive effect they’ll have on your life.

No direct reason really. At first it was just a number that felt right. But then it occured to me to look up the meaning of repeating 2’s. And this is what I found…

“The number 22 is considered as one of the most powerful numbers, able to turn all dreams and desires into reality. The number 22 is a number of precision and balance. Calvin Coolidge Quote on Persistence

In honor of President’s Day, we thought we’d publish something about one of our favorite presidetns, Calvin Coolidge . Coolidge was the 30th President of the United States, and has been referred to as the best president you didn’t know about.

He has come to be known by his effective and fair governing while serving as President. Yet, he’s gained even more popularity in these modern times from his uttering of some of the most inspiring words about what it takes to succeed in the world. In fact, one of his most enduring and best known phrases has come to be known as the Coolidge Quote on Persistence.

Truth be told, Calvin Coolidge’s quote is so well known, that for many people, his name has just about become synonymous with the word, persistence.

So, what’s this quote all about? Well, the quote is about winning, it’s about what it takes to stay on the one true path to success. It’s about embracing the idea, that with enough persistence, anybody can, in due time, reach an astonishing level of success.

The Calvin Coolidge Quote

With that being said, here’s the famous Calvin Coolidge quote:

“Nothing In The World Can Take The Place Of Persistence. Talent Will Not; Nothing Is More Common Than Unsuccessful Men With Talent. Genius Will Not; Unrewarded Genius Is Almost A Proverb. The 24 Best Motivational Speeches Our Employees Have Ever Heard

Published: July 19, 2023

It was halftime during one of my 7th-grade football games. And we were losing 14 - 0. With our knees planted in the grass, my team was quietly huddled, drenched in sweat and defeat. Suddenly, it was game over.

A woman listens to motivational speeches through her headphones

That's when our assistant coach burst into our circle and shattered our pity party, delivering one of the best motivational speeches I've heard to this day.

I can't directly quote him because he said some inappropriate things for a blog post (and, in hindsight, probably for a bunch of 13-year-olds too).

The point is he harnessed the power of words to rejuvenate a physically and emotionally drained team. And we came back clawing to win the game.

Motivational Speech

A motivational speech can come from anywhere or anyone, but it usually has a specific audience in mind.

Whether it's a graduation speech, an all-company meeting, a championship sporting event, or a conference keynote, these speeches are designed to change how their listeners see the challenges facing them in the future.

Like in sports, being motivated at work is crucial for your performance. This rings especially true when you have a looming deadline, an important meeting, or colleagues or customers depending on your performance.

Think about the last time you felt generally unmotivated. What brought you out of that feeling? Sometimes all it takes to get you going is a good night's sleep or witnessing the benefits of your labor.

Still, other times, you might listen to someone say something that resonates with you — that alters how you've been looking at a particular task or problem.

Motivational speeches and speakers can come in all different forms, but this is the one thing they have in common — resonance. They resonate with the right listener at the right time and in the right way.

Who knows, this article is doing some for you right now. (I can dream, can't I?)

We selected 24 of the best motivational speeches from business, sports, entertainment, and other fields to help you stay motivated no matter what your work throws at you. Watch these videos if you want to feel inspired by a project.

Trust me, I was wiping my eyes after I saw them. And while the messages vary from speech to speech, they can put you in the optimal frame of mind for tackling and crushing your next big challenge.

10. Denzel Washington: "Fall Forward" (2011)

In his 2011 UPenn commencement speech, Denzel Washington highlighted three reasons why we need to embrace failure in order to be successful. First, everybody will fail at something at some point, so you better get used to it.

Second, if you never fail, take that as a sign that you're not really trying. And third, at the end of the day, failure will help you figure out what path you want to be on.

“Fall forward. Here's what I mean: Reggie Jackson struck out twenty-six-hundred times in his career — the most in the history of baseball. But you don't hear about the strikeouts. People remember the home runs.

Bryant emphasizes setting ambitious goals and working tirelessly to achieve them. Through captivating storytelling and personal anecdotes, he reveals the sacrifices and relentless effort required to excel at the highest level.

His relentless pursuit of greatness and unwavering commitment to excellence inspires individuals striving to achieve their goals and dreams.

"I have self-doubt. I have insecurity. I have fear of failure. I have nights when I show up at the arena and I'm like, 'My back hurts, my feet hurt, my knees hurt. I don't have it. I just want to chill.'

We all have self-doubt. You don't deny it, but you also don't capitulate to it. You embrace it."

16. David Foster Wallace: "This Is Water" (2005)

From the opening minutes of David Foster Wallace's 2005 Kenyon College commencement speech , in which he questions commencement speech conventions, it's clear that Wallace has some serious wisdom to share.

The crux of his speech: Many of us are oblivious to our own close-mindedness. We picture ourselves as the centers of our own, individual universes, instead of seeing the bigger, more interconnected picture.

“If you're automatically sure that you know what reality is and who and what is really important, if you want to operate on your default setting, then you, like me, probably won't consider possibilities that aren't annoying and miserable.

But if you've really learned how to think, how to pay attention, then you'll know you have other options.

It will actually be within your power to experience a crowded, hot, slow, consumer hell-type situation as not only meaningful, but sacred — on fire with the same force that lit the stars: love, fellowship, the mystical oneness of all things deep down.”

david foster wallace quote

17. Carol Dweck: "The Growth Mindset" (2020)

Theme of the speech: cultivating a growth mindset for personal and professional development..

In "The Growth Mindset," Carol Dweck, a renowned psychologist, and author, delivers an enlightening speech on the power of adopting a growth mindset for personal and professional growth.

Dweck's speech resonates with individuals seeking personal and professional development, as she provides insights into how adopting a growth mindset can positively impact all areas of life.

"The passion for stretching yourself and sticking to it, even when it's not going well, is the hallmark of the growth mindset."

Famous Short Speeches With Inspirational Takeaways

18. al pacino: "inch by inch" (1999), theme of speech: teamwork.

Yes, this speech is from a football movie (Any Given Sunday), but trust me: This isn't your stereotypical rah-rah-go-get-'em sports speech. It's deeper than that. It's about life, and loss, and ... gosh darn it just listen to Al Pacino.

He's pouring his soul out!

“Either we heal as a team or we're gonna crumble, inch by inch, play by play, till we're finished. We're in hell right now, gentlemen, believe me.

And we can stay here and get the $&#@ kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb out of hell, one inch at a time.”

al pacino quote

19. Satya Nadella: "Empowering Others" (2023)

Theme of the Speech: Empowerment and Collaboration

Satya Nadella's 2023 lecture, "Empowering Others," emphasizes the importance of leadership that empowers others rather than focusing on personal success.

He emphasizes the importance of leaders cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging in which everyone feels respected and able to accomplish their best work.

Nadella also discusses the significance of technology in positive development. Some of society's most important issues may be resolved by technology, but proper development and application are required.

According to Nadella, empathy and emotional intelligence are essential for outstanding leadership. He suggests that Leaders listen to and understand. their team members' needs and motivations.

Leaders can develop a culture of trust and collaboration that will help the team flourish.

Satya Nadella's "Empowering Others" provides a special message about leadership in the current day. By emphasizing diversity, empathy, and responsible innovation, Nadella encourages audiences to strive for excellence while being mindful of their impact on others and the world.

"Success is not just about what we achieve individually, but what we enable others to achieve."

20. Sylvester Stallone: Speech from Rocky Balboa (2006)

Theme of speech: never give up.

I had to put this one next since it plays along the same themes as Denzel Washington's UPenn speech. In the scene above, from the 2006 film Rocky Balboa, the title character (played by Sylvester Stallone) is having a heart-to-heart with his son.

The advice he gives him: Don't let your failures or the adversity you face slow you down. Keep. Moving. Forward.

“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place, and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!”

sylvester stalone quote

21. Will Smith: Speech from The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)

Theme of speech: don’t let them bring you down.

Here's another speech from the big screen, this time from the 2006 film The Pursuit of Happyness.

In the scene above, Will Smith's character explains to his son why he shouldn't pursue basketball (because he'll end up being "below average") before having a major change of heart.

“Don't ever let somebody tell you ... you can't do something. Not even me. All right? You got a dream. You gotta protect it. People can't do something themselves, they want to tell you can't do it. If you want something, go get it. Period.”

22. Mel Robbins: "The 5 Second Rule" (2020)

Theme of the Speech: Action and Overcoming Self-Doubt

The "The 5 Second Rule" speech by Mel Robbins promotes action to achieve goals and overcome concerns and doubts.

When confronted with a decision or action that needs to be completed but you are hesitating or procrastinating, countdown from 5, and then act. According to Robbins, this method breaks habit loops that keep us unhealthy.

Counting down and taking action may assist us in overcoming uncertainty and self-doubt and moving toward our objectives. For success, Robbins also promotes mentality and self-talk.

She believes that to realize our potential, we must consciously reframe negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.

Mel Robbins' presentation "The 5 Second Rule" is a practical and efficient technique to overcome procrastination and achieve goals.

Robbins inspires listeners to take command of their lives and achieve by emphasizing attitude, self-talk, and positive actions.

"You are never going to feel like doing the things that are tough, difficult, or uncertain, but you have a choice."

mel robbins quote

23. Angela Duckworth: "The Power of Grit" (2020)

Theme of the Speech: Spirit and Perseverance

Angela Duckworth examines the significance of perseverance and resilience in achievement in her book "The Power of Grit." According to Duckworth, grit—passion and determination—is essential for long-term success and overcoming obstacles.

Duckworth addresses grit and mentality, believing that people who view challenges and setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than threats will develop resilience and determination over time.

She advocates for a growth mindset, which believes people can acquire intelligence and other qualities through hard work. Duckworth places a premium on rigorous practice to achieve skill and mastery.

She recommends soliciting feedback, setting challenging goals, and intentionally improving abilities and succeeding. Angela Duckworth's "The Power of Grit" illuminates long-term achievement.

Duckworth emphasizes attitude, focused practice, and resilience to urge listeners to acquire grit and pursue their passions with tenacity.

"Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Grit is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day in, day out, not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years, and working really hard to make that future a reality."

24. Kurt Russell: “This is Your Time” (2004)

Theme of speech: inspiring and believing in your team.

The Miracle on Ice is still considered the biggest upset in Olympic hockey history. And for good reason. The Soviet Union won six of the last seven Olympic gold medals, and the U.S. team consisted only of amateur players.

It was obvious the Soviets were better. But, in the movie Miracle, which told the incredible story of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team, Kurt Russell's character — Coach Herb Brooks — knew that this game was different.

The U.S. was better than the Soviets that day. And his speech conveyed such a strong belief in his team that they pulled off one of the greatest sports moments of the 20th century.

“If we played 'em ten times, they might win nine. But not this game… Not tonight. Tonight, we skate with them. Tonight, we stay with them. And we shut them down because we can!

Tonight, WE are the greatest hockey team in the world. You were born to be hockey players, every one of you. And you were meant to be here tonight. This is your time.”

kurt russell quote

But if you're just discovering Ted Talks for the first time - or feel like you've missed a bunch throughout the years - we want to help you dive head-first into the heady lecture series with a round-up of our absolute favorites: What you'll find below is a collection of personal picks from the TechRadar team that we feel best exemplify what a Ted Talk can be.

How to gain control of your free time by Laura Vanderkam

There’s a certain irony in watching a YouTube video on how to save time, but Laura Vanderkam’s talk is worth the 10 minutes of your life. It’s all built on the basic idea that shaving 5 minutes here and there from your favorite activities isn’t really going to give you more control of your life - rather, you need to set priorities for yourself and then build a schedule around those priorities.

The hilarious example Vanderkam offers is that, instead of skipping commercials to save eight minutes of every half hour of TV you watch, maybe you could just watch a little less TV and do something else with your time. The message is simple, effective and engaging, all the hallmarks of a good TED Talk.

What makes a good life? Lessons from the longest study on happiness by Robert Waldinger

“Good relationships keep us healthier and happier. Period.” That’s the results of a landmark study of happiness conducted by more than four generations of researchers over the last 75 years, tracking hundreds of participants and measuring every facet of their lives.

This Ted Talk takes awhile to get to the juicy details but the story of this preternatural study on happiness illustrates the lengths the researchers have gone through to get this invaluable data that shows us what makes people happy at the end of their lives. The results sound simple - almost infuriatingly so - but the lesson here is that anyone can be happy with the right relationships in their lives.

The game that can give you 10 extra years of life by Jane McGonigal

Gamers, it turns out, are pretty awesome. They’re committed to saving virtual worlds and with the right skills and focus they might be able to save the physical world, too. McGonigal, a game developer and author, has spent years creating different apps and games that use in-game rewards to push players to solve real world problems.

The talk, which is a bit long at 20 minutes, walks the audience through her previous experiences creating these games and the research data that she uses to get gamers engaged before diving into Superbetter, the app she developed to make everyone who plays it live better, fuller lives.

The art of asking by Amanda Palmer

Former busker-turned-successful-musician Amanda Palmer has a key lesson for everyone: don’t be afraid to ask. Society puts an inherent shame on those who ask - whether that’s for financial help or security, emotional help or even basic requests like where to find something - when, in fact, asking for help is one of the best things we can do. Asking, Palmer says, is inherently human and powerful, it allows us to create connections and leverage those connections to do more. That was evident when she wanted to crowdfund her band’s next CD, asking for $100,000, and raising over a million dollars instead.

The point here is that next time you look down on someone asking, instead view them with compassion and make a connection - because in the long run that’s more powerful, more effective and, well, more human.

The first 20 hours -- how to learn anything by Josh Kaufman

Have you ever heard the old adage about needing to spend 10,000 hours to learn a skill? Good news, it's wrong. As it turns out, the research that factoid is taken from was studying experts in their respective fields, and not, say, the average trombonist.

In this talk, new father Josh Kaufman walks us through how long it actually takes to learn a skill - which, incidentally, is only around 20 hours. Now sure, 20 hours of practice isn't going to make you the next Bobby Fischer, but it will be enough time to teach you the basics and, most importantly, how to auto-correct yourself when you've done something amiss. If you've ever felt like the ship has sailed on learning a new language, playing an instrument or learning a new skill, this talk is for you.

Everything you think you know about addiction is wrong by Johann Hari

Journalist and author Johann Hari (Lost Connections, Chasing the Scream) offers a wide-ranging look at addiction in this 14-minute talk, whether that’s addiction to hard drugs, alcohol, or the endlessly-updating feeds on our smartphones.

We tend to think of addiction as a problem caused by the substance itself. We say that phones are addictive, or heroin is addictive – but Hari makes a case for a more nuanced understanding, one that sees how social circumstance affects our propensity for addiction, and the difference that strong bonds to those around us can make.

The power of vulnerability by Brené Brown

With over 47 million views, Brené Brown’s Ted Talk on the power of vulnerability is one of the most watched Ted Talks of all time, and for good reason.

In this 20-minute presentation, Brown shares what she’s learnt about the nature of shame, and how our fear of vulnerability prevents us from being able to fully embrace ourselves. As a researcher trained to “control and predict” phenomena, she shares her difficulty accepting the idea that to live fully is to stop attempting to “control and predict” at all.

An incredibly powerful talk that shows you – rather than just telling you – what it means to be vulnerable, and explores what a world that embraces vulnerability might look like.

Meeting the Enemy: A feminist comes to terms with the Men’s Rights movement by Cassie Jaye

What filmmaker Cassie Jaye does here that’s so special is that she walks us through an immense period of growth in her life thought-by-thought. At one point a stringent feminist, Jaye began a documentary about the Men’s Rights movement that asks for the acknowledgement of certain, specific issues that men face - a movement she thought ran counter to the central points of feminism.

What she learned in over a hundred hours of interviews with men’s rights activists is that these men didn’t want fewer rights for women, but some of the same care and devotion to some of the issues impacting men like veteran care, suicide, disproportionate parental control, length of prison sentences and others that do well and truly impact the life of men. The evolution of Jaye’s thoughts and the admission of her own preconceived notions is enthralling from beginning to end.

How I climbed a 3,000-foot vertical cliff without ropes by Alex Honnold

If you don’t have time for the excellent - but nearly two-hour - documentary Free Solo, check out this 10-minute Ted Talk by legendary rock-climber Alex Honnold who did something many thought to be impossible - or at least incredibly dangerous - when he climbed El Capitan, a sheer rock face in Yosemite National Park without ropes.

Honnold’s Ted Talk gives a great overview of the climb, as well as his previous experiences leading up to it. Listening to Honnold describe certain parts of the trek are legitimately sweat-inducing and his experiences post-climb are both hilarious and heart-warming. It’s well-worth the watch.

This is what happens when you reply to spam email by James Veitch

Not all Ted Talks have to be heady ventures to the core of who we are. They can, in fact, just be funny and lighthearted, too. There’s no better example of these kinds of talks than the ones given by James Veitch (yes there’s more than one) wherein he takes annoying-but-easily-ignorable situations like unsubscribing from an email chain and turn them into absurdly funny matches of verbal wit between two utterly committed individuals. If you need a laugh after all this profound introspection, Veitch’s talks are the best bet.

BONUS: Bobby McFerrin Demonstrates the Power of the Pentatonic Scale

OK, while this one technically isn’t a Ted Talk, it has the spirit of one and includes Bobby McFerrin, which really just sells itself.

Just try not to sing along, it's impossible not to.

The 9 Most Universally Inspiring Videos on YouTube

Since its founding in 2005, YouTube has become the home of video in the digital age.

YouTube is known for a lot of different types of content, from movie trailers to gamer “Let’s plays” and those wonky [Insert weird food item here?!] videos you always see on the Trending list (usually from Good Mythical Morning …).

But one of our favorites is motivational content, whether it’s inspiring speeches or epic motivational videos .

Video is a format that allows for a touching of our sense of sight and sound, and it can conjure the rest of the senses similarly through its imagery. Because of this, it’s powerful and moving in a way that is impossible to describe and can only be experienced first-hand.

Whether you want a little jumpstart to the day or you’re in a tough spot in your life and need some motivation to keep pushing on, these videos will get you what you need.

These are the most inspiring videos on Youtube:

1. Are You Just Making Excuses?

This classic Nike commercial from the great himself Michael Jordan tells a valuable story.

We all look at the most successful people and think they were born that way. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. It took long hours of hard work, sacrifice, and a long-term dedication to their chosen cause to realize greatness.

2. These 3 Sentences Will Change Your Life

This speech from entrepreneur and self-improvement coach Lisa Nichols is about knowing your worth.

As you’ll learn, she knows as well as anyone what it means to let someone else dictate your value. But she’s risen above it and made something incredible from her past– and her story can help you do the same.

Dream is the first of two on this list by YouTuber Mateusz M, who’s known for creating some of the most incredible motivational videos online today.

This video will remind you of the value of your dream. It will remind you that it’s hard but it’s possible if you’re willing to give your heart and soul to it.

4. Here’s What Lies on the Other Side of Fear

This speech from Will Smith tells the story of what happens when we push past the fear. Potential, happiness, and meaning are all found when we go beyond ourselves to something greater.

Fear is the master of many of us and leads us to live a life that is less than that which we imagined when we were children. But you are capable and the potential exists within you to push passed the fear if you challenge yourself.

5. Prove Them Wrong

“The most powerful motivational speeches that I have ever heard came from people who told me I couldn’t do something,” begins the video.

We all know it to be the most powerful motivator that exists. However, the anger and drive we feel when someone tells us we can’t eventually wear off and we’re left once again uninspired and unmotivated.

Remember who told you that you weren’t good enough, that you couldn’t do that, or that you’d never get there. Remember what it felt like and know that you’re good enough. Use that energy to inspire you to action and do what others say you can’t (because they know they themselves never will).

6. How to Change the Way You See Yourself

Rock Thomas story of adversity and triumph will bring you to tears if you let it.

Our greatest enemy is our own mind and our greatest challenge overcoming the story we tell ourselves. Rock Thomas knows this all too well as he tells the story of how he overcame the negative self-talk developed in him through his difficult, loveless upbringing with his father and eventually became a successful and confident entrepreneur and motivational speaker.

7. Why Do We Fall

The second of two videos by Mateusz M, this video tells the story of the pain we go through in life.

Sometimes, pain is inevitable. Sometimes, we fall despite our best effort. But we can rise up from these falls, failures, and setbacks and realize the strength that exists within each of us.

8. Stick to Your Dreams

This speech from Les Brown is one of my personal favorites as it has the power to inspire you to persist no matter what you’re going through.

To realize a great dream requires we keep going in the face of adversity. Les Brown is no stranger to adversity, having at one point slept under the desk of his office to make it happen, and he offers a powerful reminder of what it takes to realize a dream.

9. This is How You Find Your Superpower

The story of renowned learning and memory coach Jim Kwik is heartbreaking, to say the least. But what Kwik made of his apparent handicap far overshadows his past challenges.

We all feel like we’re not good enough at times. But what do you do when you have a learning disability that seems to confirm this belief? How do you overcome such a seemingly insurmountable challenge? Kwik does and it leaves you feeling like your own excuses are nothing in comparison.

7 of the best motivational speeches of all time.

' src=

What could we possibly achieve by listening to motivational speeches? Isn’t that a waste of time? It’s not. A great motivational speech can be a trigger to action. It inspires you to do something. Powerful speeches make you realize you’re not just a useless individual in this world. Everyone matters. You matter, too.

Have you been feeling that inner drive to seek a higher purpose for a long time? If so, you need to take action. First, you need a trigger that will get you to that action. Try to think of an influential person. Let’s take an example: Jim Morrison. He was one of the most charismatic individuals of his time.

“Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free.” That’s only one of the many pieces of wisdom he gave to humanity. These are not only words. They shrink deep inside you. They make you think. They make you act.

Jim Morrison said that during an interview. Back then, motivational speeches were not a big thing. Now, great individuals are trying to make a difference through that specific method. Are you ready to start exploring the best motivational speeches that will make you act?

Here’s a list of 7 of the best motivational speeches of all time :

1 . steve jobs’ 2005 stanford commencement address.

This is one of the most emotional and inspiring speeches you’ll ever listen to. Although Jobs presented it way before TED talks became popular, you’ll notice it has a similar flow to an inspiring TED talk. It is relatively short, it has a theme, and it proves a point through a story.

Through this speech, Jobs tells us how we can find triumph through struggle. Jobs gave this speech one year after he was diagnosed with cancer. He had surgery and he was fine at that point. That’s the most important part of this speech: understanding our time here is limited . What are we going to do with it? That’s what matters.

2 . Al Pacino’s Inch by Inch

Have you seen the movie Any Given Sunday ? It’s a great one. The moment when Al Pacino gives one of the greatest speeches seen on the big screen is priceless. It’s not just a speech about football. It’s about winning. It’s about overcoming obstacles . It’s about becoming stronger. It’s about life in general!

“… In either game life or football the margin for error is so small. I mean one-half step too late or too early you don’t quite make it. One-half second too slow or too fast and you don’t quite catch it. The inches we need are everywhere around us. They are in every break of the game, every minute, every second.” That’s only a part of this great speech. Funny enough, it starts with “I don’t know what to say, really.”

3 . J.K. Rowling ’s Harvard Commencement Speech

This one will make you laugh at first. J.K Rowling has a rare talent to make the listeners laugh and think at the same time. At one point, the writer gets serious and gives out the main point of this speech: sharing things she wishes she had known at her own graduation, and the important lessons she has learned between that day and the day of the speech.

There’s one aspect of this speech that makes it different from most others on our list: the talk about poverty . The writer tells the truth about it. There’s no romanticizing of poverty. As she says, only fools do that. This situation entails fear, stress, and depression… “it means a thousand petty humiliations and hardships.” However, what she feared most for herself when she was young wasn’t poverty. It was a failure.

Essentially, this is a speech about the benefits of failure. Yes, there is such thing as a benefit from failure. J.K. Rowling is a living proof for that.

4 . Bill Gates’ Harvard Commencement Address 2007

“I’ve been waiting more than 30 years to say this: ‘Dad, I always told you I’d come back and get my degree.’” That’s one of the funniest parts of this speech. Gates didn’t graduate. He is Harvard’s most successful dropout. He makes a big point, though: the fact that he dropped out doesn’t make academic life less of an important experience. Gates used to sit in on classes he hadn’t even signed up for.

As he says in his speech, one of his most precious memories of Harvard is being in the midst of so much energy and intelligence. Education is important, and it is a privilege. However, getting to know the wider world is also important, even though it’s shocking for the most part.

5 . Jim Carrey ’s Commencement Address at the 2014 MUM Graduation

You would expect a funny speech from one of the funniest men on Earth, wouldn’t you? Well, here is a surprise: Jim Carrey is deep. This speech is enlightening, to say the least. The main message is to choose love over fear.

And yes, the speech is funny. It’s Jim Carrey, after all. However, it’s also very, very serious. “I am here to plant a seed that will inspire you to move forward in life with enthusiastic hearts and a clear sense of wholeness.”

Even if you take the safe route through, life, you might fail . If you follow your dreams, you might fail, too. But, you might achieve them – and that’s what makes the difference. In the speech, Jim shares an example: his father. He could have been a great comedian, but he made a safe choice: accounting . When Kim was 12 years old, his father lost that job that was supposed to be safe. That was the point when the actor learned the most important lesson in life: “… You can fail at what you don’t want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.”

If you’re in the middle of a crossroad and you’re wondering what road to choose, listen to this speech. It inspires you to choose the right thing. It inspires you to choose love over fear.

6 .  Will Smith’s Pursuit of Happiness Speech

If you haven’t seen The Pursuit of Happiness , go watch it right now. It’s amazing! Will Smith plays a homeless salesman doing everything he can to support his son. Will Smith gives a short but impactful speech to his son in the movie about going out and getting what you want out of life.

He says: “Don’t ever let somebody tell you, you can’t do something. You got a dream? You gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you, you can’t do it. If you want something, go get it. Period.”

7 .  Sheryl Sandberg’ s Commencement Address at the 2012 Harvard Business School Graduation

Sandberg offered the 2012 graduates some practical wisdom prior to them entering the business world. She urged them to remember to always communicate and practice honesty with others, which is not the norm in most workplaces. In fact, it’s likely not to norm for most people even with their friends or family.

She also talked about thinking of your career as a ‘jungle gym’ and encourages people to jump around instead of following the traditional path that most people have done.

Hopefully this inspires you to push your own boundaries and not be afraid to restart your path, pivot your career, and find different ways of doing things.

The knack for persuading others can act as a catalyst for change, open doors, forge alliances, and effect positive change

Persuasion is not as complicated as it may sound. In fact, it is something that we have been practicing since childhood. Well, these are just small examples of what persuasion looks like. (more…)

Personal Development

5 key reasons why perfectionist’s procrastinate.

' src=

Hey there! I’m Joel Brown, a procrastination mindset specialist. In my world, it’s all about guiding my students through repatterning exercises to break free from the shackles that prevent them from scaling new heights in life.

Now, you might hear ‘perfectionist’ and think, “Ah, they’re destined for success!” But here’s the real deal: perfectionism is far from a superpower. It’s a sneaky villain in disguise, sapping emotional and physical strength, disrupting sleep, and fueling an endless cycle of rumination—all in the pursuit of getting everything ‘just right.’ This relentless chase is what we call the ‘ Obsessive Idealist ‘ procrastination type.

If you don’t know which out of. the 6 procrastination types you are then you can take this quick 3 minute procrastination type quiz on my Mindstrong Academy website.

Through my fourteen years of coaching, I’ve identified six procrastination types, but my journey started with a personal revelation—I am an Obsessive Idealist. I’ve been there, constantly toggling between creation and procrastination.

And today, I invite you to explore this path with me. If you’re nodding along, thinking, “That sounds like me; I’m a perfectionist too,” then stick around.

I’m about to shed some light on why you might be stuck in this cycle.

Here’s a perfectionist procrastination type video here of what I’m breaking down in this article for you:

The Obsessive Idealist: Unpacking the Perfectionist’s Paradox

First things first, make sure to take the procrastination quiz: mindstrongacademy.com/quiz to see where you stand. Now, let’s dive into the world of the Obsessive Idealist. Often labeled as high achievers or perfectionists, the core of their procrastination lies in the mind’s protective pause. It’s a shield against perceived threats, pitfalls of perfectionism, and the constant battle between the now and the future in our minds.

Here’s the paradox: what seems like a strength for high achievers can become a crippling hindrance. Obsessive Idealists are in a constant struggle to avoid failure, aiming for 100% perfection. But let’s face the truth—no one is perfect. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, athlete, or any individual striving for excellence, embracing imperfections and learning from failures are crucial steps.

The Traps of Being an Obsessive Idealist Procrastination Type

Analysis Paralysis: Overthinking every detail to the point of inaction is a common pitfall. It’s like trying to get everything perfect, but in reality, it backfires, stalling your progress.

The Unrealistic Standards Syndrome: Setting impossibly high goals is like chasing a mirage. It’s not just about being competitive; it can lead to unfair self-criticism and unrealistic expectations of others.

The Time Trap: Believing there’s never enough time to complete a task perfectly leads to constant postponement. This selective focus on strengths, while avoiding areas of improvement, limits your true potential.

Avoidance of Criticism: Dodging feedback hinders growth. It’s essential to learn to accept constructive criticism without internalizing it as a reinforcement of the “I’m not good enough” narrative.

The All-or-Nothing Lie: Believing that you must operate at full throttle or not at all is a dangerous misconception. Embracing the middle ground, like delegating tasks and seeking mentorship, is key to balanced success.

Embracing Imperfection: The Path to True Progress

In the MindStrong Academy, where I teach conquering procrastination, we focus on managing these patterns effectively. Currently, we’re offering a 7-day free trial, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to transform your mindset: MindStrongAcademy.com The Academy is more than just a course; it’s a community where you’ll find support, accountability, and tailored resources like a 31-day planner and visualization audios to realign your focus.

In conclusion , recognizing and managing your tendencies as an Obsessive Idealist is crucial. By addressing the deep-rooted “I’m not good enough” narrative and embracing imperfection, you can shift from a state of constant stress to one of harmonized power.

Remember, movement doesn’t always equate to progress. It’s about finding balance, embracing downtime, and allowing yourself the space to grow and learn.

I encourage you to take the quiz, join the MindStrong Academy, and start your journey towards a more balanced, successful life.

Let’s break free from the chains of perfectionism together!

Unlocking Success: Subconscious Reprogramming, Mindset, and Transformative Strategies for Improved Wellbeing and Business Performance

' src=

What if I told you that the negative thoughts or self-limiting beliefs that you may have, are not actually yours? In this article, I will discuss subconscious programming and how it can be reprogrammed in a way that allows you to reach your greatest potential. I will also provide tips on how you can integrate this information as a leader within the workplace.

The subconscious mind is shaped before we begin forming our own conscious thoughts, and these conscious thoughts are influenced by the subconscious mind. This means that even the thoughts that you’re consciously having, are merely an extension of that pre-existing conditioning.

When something becomes deeply ingrained within your mind through repetition, and there are other supporting thoughts that reinforce it, you will identify this information as your truth. These repeated thoughts become beliefs, and your actions will align to support and validate these beliefs.

The Importance of Observing Your Thoughts

If you continuously tell yourself that you aren’t capable or good enough, how likely are you to put in the effort to challenge this narrative? If you’ve always been a procrastinator and tell yourself that you always will be, you’re going to continue procrastinating. If you run into an obstacle and don’t believe you can overcome it, you’re not going to look for solutions or try your best to resolve it.

It’s extremely important for you to become an observer of your thoughts and understand the impacts of how those thoughts can impact your life, relationships, and overall outlook on life. Here are some questions to help guide you: – What are your recurring negative thoughts, and how are they impacting your performance and relationships?

– How have these thoughts held you back from achieving your goals and living the life that you’ve always dreamed of?

– What have these thoughts already cost you and what else will they cost you if they don’t change? Societal conditioning, influenced by a lower level of collective consciousness, has made the experience of debilitating thoughts highly prevalent. It’s not your fault that you have them, but it is your responsibility to change them and choose better ones.

The Subconscious Must Be Reprogrammed

Reprogramming the subconscious involves positive affirmations, visualization, and consistent repetition to replace negative beliefs with positive ones. You have to become aware of the thoughts that make you feel bad and do not serve your best interest. What are the growth-oriented thoughts that would you rather have instead? Any time that a debilitating thought crosses your mind, always correct it with new thought that uplifts, encourages and empowers you. Be consistent, be patient and understand that your logical mind will not make this process easy for you at first.

Being Delusional vs. Consciously Creating a Better Reality for Yourself

By definition, the term delusional means “holding false beliefs or judgments about external reality that are held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary”. When you have held onto debilitating beliefs for so long and your previous actions have served as evidence to confirm their truth, it is inevitable that your logical mind will deem your new thoughts as delusional. This is where embracing change tends to become most challenging, as it involves confronting this resistance with unwavering commitment.

What you have to understand is that your former beliefs and former actions do not dictate your future, unless they remain the same. As the old beliefs become obsolete and new beliefs take their place, there will also be new aligned actions that produce different results, and this will serve as evidence to support your new truth. That being said, the most delusional thing that anyone can do is elect to keep an unfavorable mindset that was programmed for them by external factors and willingly relinquish their own personal power as a result of it.

Success is Fundamentally Rooted in the Mindset

How we show up for ourselves and others, communicate with employees, and perform in business are deeply connected to our mindset and everything that has shaped it. Let’s delve into these interconnected aspects and explore five transformative tips that will catalyze positive change in the workplace.

A growth-oriented mindset encourages resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace challenges. On the other hand, a fixed mindset hinders progress and limits potential.

Tip 1: Embrace a Growth Mindset

  • Establish the belief that abilities can be developed.
  • View challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement.

Unpacking Trauma and Navigating the Impact

Unresolved trauma can cast a long shadow over our personal and professional lives. It shapes our reactions, influences decision-making, and impacts our interactions with others. Acknowledging and addressing trauma is essential for creating a healthier, more productive work environment.

Tip 2: Prioritize Trauma-Informed Leadership

  • Cultivate empathy and understanding for individual experiences.
  • Provide a safe space for open communication about trauma.
  • Implement support systems and resources for employees dealing with trauma.

Elevate Relationships and Sales Performance

To enhance relationships, communication, and sales performance, a holistic approach that intertwines mindset and trauma-informed practices is key.

Tip 3: Implement Empathy-Driven Communication

  • Train teams in active listening and empathetic communication.
  • Create an environment where open dialogue is encouraged.
  • Recognize and validate diverse perspectives, creating a culture of inclusivity.

Tip 4: Invest in Professional Development

  • Offer continuous learning opportunities for employees.
  • Develop leadership skills to enhance communication and relationship-building.
  • Prioritize sales training programs that align with evolving market dynamics.

Tip 5: Maintain a Positive Work Culture

  • Create a workplace where employees feel valued and appreciated.
  • Implement recognition programs to celebrate achievements.
  • Encourage a balance between professional and personal well-being.

By embracing a growth mindset, acknowledging and addressing trauma, and implementing empathetic, integrated strategies, individuals and organizations can create a transformative ripple effect. In this interconnected web of personal and professional growth, how we show up truly matters, influencing the outcomes we achieve and the impact we leave on those around us.

Enjoy the Journey

As you embark on the empowering journey of subconscious reprogramming, remember that change takes time, and self-compassion is your greatest ally. Surround yourself with positive influences, whether it be supportive friends, inspirational books, or mindfulness practices. Seek guidance from mentors who have walked a similar path and found success in reshaping their mindset. Embrace the discomfort that may arise during this process, for it signifies the shedding of old layers to make way for the new. Reflect on your progress regularly, celebrating even the smallest victories, and be patient with yourself as you navigate the intricacies of transformation.

In the spirit of rewriting your narrative, I encourage you to take the first step today. Commit to a daily practice of positive affirmations, visualize your desired reality, and consistently challenge self-limiting beliefs. If you would like support along the way, consider joining like-minded communities, Facebook groups, and curate your social media to reflect these new changes you want to embody. Remember, thoughts become actions, and actions reinforce beliefs. It’s never too late to embark on an empowering journey to reprogram your mind, and achieve the life you have always dreamed of!
