Now available: Humana Medicare 101 educational materials
The medicare 101 education materials are now available.
Humana’s 2023 educational suite of materials is now available for order and download. The materials have been refreshed to reflect the most recent branding guidelines, in addition to new enhancements, ensuring you have a great selection of resources to help educate prospects about Medicare. You can download the education materials through the Sales Enablement Library (formerly known as Medicare Document Library) and the Marketing Resource Center, both located within Vantage. Just search ‘Medicare 101’ or ‘Education’ within the Sales Enablement Library or the Marketing Resource Center to find the 2023 materials. If you wish to order printed education brochures, you can utilize one of our various order sites (OMS, ADP) or work with your local market office.
What’s new for 2023?
New this year, Humana will be offering prospects a print to digital experience this year through QR codes on the education ‘Medicare 101’ brochures. The QR codes will direct prospects to the Medicare 101 presentation for more in depth information around Medicare that we weren’t able to cover in the space allotted on the brochure. In addition to the QR code, the format of the brochures has also changed to allow for a more print friendly experience for agents who download through the Marketing Resource Center or Sales Enablement Library .
For the Medicare 101 presentations Humana will be refreshing the look and flow, as well as simplifying the content to ensure prospects are walking away with an understanding of the Medicare information you're presenting them. Last but certainly not least, they will be unveiling an interactive Medicare 101 video to complement the Medicare 101 presentation and brochure! The video will cover the basics of Medicare such as, eligibility, enrollment periods and Medicare options available, all within 5 minutes.
