Kristen Wiig Sells Pasadena Case Study House to Lily Collins for $3.9 Million
By Rachel Davies
Add Kristen Wiig and Lily Collins both to the list of c elebrities with good taste in design. Word has just surfaced via Dirt that former Saturday Night Live comedian Wiig sold a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom property to fellow actor Lily Collins last year, and it is none other than Case Study House #10.
For anyone with an interest in California Modernism, the Case Study Houses are practically sites of worship. The Eames House in the Pacific Palisades may be the most notable of the original 36 structures (some of which were never built), but many of the mid-century designed homes still stand today. Case Study House #10 is the only one in Pasadena, and it was built in 1947 by father-son architecture team Kemper Nomland Sr. and Kemper Nomland Jr. Their structures have housed Hollywood’s stars for decades, from ‘40s bombshell Jane Russell’s since-demolished Sherman Oaks home to Hannah Ware’s Beachwood Canyon spot that AD toured last year .

The 3,425 square foot property Wiig has handed over to Collins was updated by previous owners, but its single floor, floor-to-ceiling window-sided structure is undeniably California Modern. Wood wall paneling that the home originally flaunted has been replaced with white walls, though the corrugated glass partition that separates the living room from the entry way is still in place. The property also has a pool and spa, which were reportedly added in 2014, and a guesthouse that accounts for a bed and a bathroom, though it's unclear when this structure was built.
Wiig paid $2.96 million for the home in late 2017 , and after the $3.9 million off-market sale to the Emily In Paris star four years later, it’s clear that the property was a worthy investment.

Inside The Historic LA Home Kristen Wiig Sold To Lily Collins For $3.9 Million
"Emily in Paris" star Lily Collins just bought this mid-century modern house from actress-comedienne Kristen Wiig in a private transaction for $3.9 million, reports Realtor . The home is located at 711 South San Rafael Avenue in Pasadena, California, and was originally constructed in 1947 by architects Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland, Jr., who were also a father-son duo. It totals 3,425 square feet of living space which includes the adjacent guest house.
It is frequently identified as Case Study #10, which refers to Arts and Architecture magazine's program from 1945 to 1962. To anticipate the post-WWII housing boom, the editor at the time, John Entenza, established this program as a competition for a select group of architects to design affordable, mid-century modern houses for the average American. The Collins' house was not originally part of the design competition. Still, it was added upon its completion in 1947 because its layout met many of the program's goals, per the Los Angeles Conservancy , and later was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
A terrace patio with a stunning pool and spa
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house has undergone numerous renovations and updates over the years before Kristen Wiig's purchase in 2017. It was built on a sloping corner lot, and its three-level design and shed roof follow this format, per the Los Angeles Conservancy . In the backyard, a terraced patio steps down to a one-bedroom guest house alongside the pool, both of which were later additions to the property. Steps lead down the recessed entry, which is adjacent to one of the pebbled glass walls that follow the form of the house all the way to the angled roof line.
In keeping with the mid-century modern design, the linear lines of the house are only broken by large expanses of glass windows , mostly facing the rear terrace and pool. The overhanging roof creates a partially covered deck along the entire back of the house. The main living space features an open floor plan and a wall of retractable floor-to-ceiling doors that create the ultimate indoor-outdoor living space.
Gorgeous updates keep the living area contemporary
The contemporary feel of the house has been updated and enhanced by replacing wood-paneled walls with white ones and adding recessed lighting, per Realtor . A division of corrugated glass lines one side of the main living area, which looks out to the terrace and pool through the wall of floor-to-ceiling doors. The original fireplace sits between the large living room and the dining area, leading to the galley-style kitchen tucked behind a partial wall.
The kitchen is magnificent and airy, featuring counter-height cabinetry along all the walls except the one shared with the dining room , which allows for complete views of the outside. The sleek modern design is seen in the paneled cabinets in a bleached driftwood color which is accented with stainless steel edge pulls. A large peninsula opens to a second living room and offers bar stool seating — the open layout of the home makes for a seamless flow.
A private primary bedroom suite
A floating staircase with wood treads and cable railing continues the modern vibe and leads up to the primary bedroom and a guest room, according to the Los Angeles Conservancy . The primary bedroom suite includes a private sitting area, dressing room, and bathroom. Clerestory windows behind the bed offer natural light and privacy. A third bedroom is located to the left of the front entrance to the house along a gallery hall which also includes a studio-sitting room. The garage, utility, and laundry areas are on the right side of the house.
Although 36 houses were proposed to be built for the Case Study program, not all of them were completed. Most were designed for Southern California, but an apartment building was also built in Phoenix, Arizona. Today, there are only 20 houses remaining, per Forbes , and Case Study #10 is the only one in Pasadena.

After actress, comedian and writer Kristen Wiig sold her cozy Los Feliz home this summer, we assumed she was heading to a $1.7 million house she owned near the Silver Lake Reservoir.
But the Saturday Night Live alum apparently had other plans, as she’s purchased a historically and architecturally significant Pasadena residence, known as Case Study House #10.
Wiig paid $2.96 million for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom abode, which is part of the Case Study House Program that started in 1945 and was sponsored by Arts & Architecture magazine. The p rogram was implemented after World War II, when architects were brought in to construct easily built, inexpensive model homes to try and deal with the housing boom.
The Case Study Program involved many of the most well-known architects of the post-World War II era, including Pierre Koenig, Eero Saarinen and Craig Ellwood. Not all of the 36 home designs were built, and many of the ones that were have been extensively remodeled (or demolished altogether) to a point beyond recognition.
Wiig’s new 3,425-square-foot mid-century abode is the only Case Study house in Pasadena; others are located elsewhere in California, including one in the Hollywood Hills, another in Altadena and also Toluca Lake, plus a single house that was built in Arizona. Father-and-son team Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland, Jr. built this Pasadena residence, in the San Rafael area, in 1947. It’s an open floor plan, with walls of glass that let light flow in, as well as quite a few patios.
The horizontal wood-framed residence was designed to follow the sloped nature of the property lot, per the listing shared by Cynthia Luczyski and Lauren Luczyski of Deasy/Penner Real Estate. It’s also on the National Register of Historic Places.
The previous owners did quite a bit of work to the house, mostly in order to restore it to its original glory—there are hardwood floors, a redone (yet rather dated) kitchen and an airy, flowing look to the main rooms.
There’s a brick fireplace in the open living room, and outside there’s a pool and spa. And while there was an extensive remodel and renovation courtesy of its last occupants, it still retains much of the mid-century allure and historic nature—indeed, the sellers were the recipients of a Historic Preservation Award from Pasadena in 2015.

Kristen Wiig, an Aspiring Diane Keaton, Just Bought Another Historic West Coast Home
The Bridesmaids actress reportedly purchased Case Study #10 for $2.96 last month.
After unloading one West coast home earlier this summer, Kristen Wiig has acquired yet another with the reported purchase of a $2.96 million house on San Rafael Ave. in Pasadena, California. The historic Case Study #10 house went on the market in September with an asking price of $2.99 million; Yolanda Yakkeyyak of Yolanda’s Little Black Book reported earlier this month that a deal , which she attributed to the former SNL actress Wiig, was finalized in November.
Case Study #10 is, by all accounts, a home for design aficionados: The Pasadena home was designed by the father-son architecture team of Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland, Jr., and built in 1947; it is so named because it was constructed for Arts and Architecture magazine’s “Case Study Program,” a series of experiments in residential architecture, largely on the West coast, conducted over two decades from 1945 to roughly 1966. It’s on the National Register of Historic Places; when it was last purchased in 2012, it was restored and, three years later, earned a local Historic Preservation Award.
Kristen Wiig reportedly purchased Case Study #10, a home built as part of a series of experiments in residential architecture by *Arts & Architecture* magazine in 1947.
The Case Study #10 home adds to Wiig’s existing arsenal of three homes on both coasts.
The news comes on the heels of the sale of her Los Feliz home , which the Los Angeles Times wrote about in June. Built in 1949, that house previously sold for $1.76 million in 2013 before Wiig flipped it for $2 million this year. (It went on the market in March with an asking price of $2.4 million.)
Kristen Wiig’s new Pasadena home, Case Study #10, boasts a pool in addition to an expansive, four-bed, four-bath interior.
Kristen Wiig acquired the Case Study #10 home for $2.96 million on a $2.99 million asking price.
Kristen Wiig’s latest acquisition comes on the heels of the sale of her Los Feliz home earlier this year for $2 million.
Wiig has accumulated quite a catalogue of homes: In addition to the most recent acquisition, she is also the proud owner of a mid-century Los Angeles residence she purchased in 2014 for $1.7 million; a Soho loft she purchased in 2009 for $1.5 million and, since failing to sell it, has been renting for a cool $9,000 per month; plus, there’s 4.5 acres on Martha’s Vineyard she bought in 2015 for $2.46 million that came complete with water access, according to Variety .
Of course, by the standards of some famous Angelenos, Wiig’s purchases are a model of restraint. Kendall Jenner offloaded two separate starter homes this year before buying an $8.5 million Mulholland Drive house that once belonged to Charlie Sheen. James Franco’s latest side hustle involves acquiring homes and flipping them for double the purchase price. Diane Keaton , one of Hollywood’s most avid real estate collectors, has even written a book called The House That Pinterest Built —so Wiig has excellent role models in the real estate world.

Built in 1947, Wiig's modernist former address is included on the US National Register of Historic Places.
Collins, the star of streaming hit Emily In Paris and the daughter of British hit singer-songwriter, drummer and producer Phil Collins , paid US $3.9 million (AU $5.413 million) for the Californian real estate icon known as Case Study House 10.
Case Study Houses were part of an American program, building with new materials and techniques, championing affordability for families, considering economy of materials and mastering flow between living spaces and outdoor areas.

The signatures of Collins' single-level House 10 are large walls of glass dividing the common areas, sliding to coax in light and air, and handsome wood beams.
The sale was completed last year but it was an off-market transaction (the property was not publicly advertised for sale) and as such, took several months to wash through the real estate rumour mill. Dirt.com broke the story.
Property Listings
The mot recent public photos of the home are from when Wiig inked the contract (last listed for sale in 2017) so it is not known what modifications, if any, the Saturday Night Live comedian has made.
Wiig has banked price growth of almost US $1 million (AU $1.4 million) in her five years of ownership.

Kristin Wiig Adds Iconic Case Study House to Growing Property Portfolio
Comedy queen Kristen Wiig has added to her growing portfolio of noteworthy residential properties with the $2.96 million purchase, as was sniffed out by real estate yenta Yolanda Yakkeyyak , of a carefully restored and thoroughly updated mid-century modern residence tucked up into the quietly tony foothills above the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
Designed by father and son architects Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland Jr. and built in 1947 as part of Arts and Architecture Magazine’s influential Case Study program and extensively renovated by the sellers, the multi-level residence has three bedrooms and 2.5 renovated bathrooms in 3,425-square-feet plus a substantial detached poolside guesthouse with bathroom. A freestanding masonry fireplace divides the otherwise combined living and dining rooms that feature a long wall of glass that fill the space with light and promote indoor outdoor living while the sleekly appointed kitchen is open over a breakfast counter to a family room with built-in cabinetry and glass sliders to the yard. The residence sits on a grassy, gently sloped lot of just over one-third of an acre with expansive, multi-level concrete patios, terraced gardens and a brand new swimming pool and spa.
As the bi-coastal writer/actress’s professional star has skyrocketed over the last few years, she’s beefed up her growing collection of homes on both the East and West coasts. In Los Angeles, where earlier this year she sold a city-view hillside contemporary in the Los Feliz area for $2 million , she continues to own a mid-century residence positioned almost preposterously high on a steep slope with a commanding view over the Silver Lake Reservoir that she bought in 2014 for $1.7 million. Wiig’s East Coast holdings include a two-bedroom and one-bathroom loft-style apartment in New York City’s Soho neighborhood that she picked up in 2009 for $1.5 million and set out as a rental earlier this year at $9,000 per month along with a secluded residence on almost 4.5 acres near the town of Chilmark on Martha’s Vineyard that she bought in late 2015 for $2.46 million.

Kristen Wiig snags Nomland-designed Case Study home in Pasadena
The 3,425-square-foot home was part of Arts & Architecture's Case Study program
Actress and comedian Kristen Wiig dropped $2.96 million to purchase the famous Case Study House No. 10 on San Rafael Avenue in Pasadena, Variety reported. It hit the market for roughly the same price just three months ago.
The 1947 home — designed by father-and-son architects Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland Jr.— was part of Arts & Architecture magazine’s Case Study program, in which renowned architects took a swing at building some of the most unique and influential homes to date. Renovated by Design Vidal in 2012, it currently includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a new swimming pool and spa, and a guesthouse.

When it comes to defying traditional norms both on and off the screen, no one knows how to make a statement quite like SNL alum and leading funny lady Kristen Wiig. While the actress’ eccentric silver screen characters and comedic chops have won us over time and time again, so has her taste in architecture—which, according to Trulia , just took a turn for the historic. Adding to her already impressive real estate portfolio, the Bridesmaids star recently snagged a true modern marvel.
Built in 1947 by famed father-son design pair Nomland and Nomland, Wiig’s latest purchase (which set her back $2.69 million) was constructed as part of The Case Study House Program, an experimental building phase that came to define the mid-century modern movement. The striking structure sits on both a scenic lot and the National Register of Historic Places .
Despite undergoing a series of updates in 2012, Wiig’s retro home evokes the spirit of mid-century design around every corner.
Indoor-outdoor flow remains central to the home’s unique personality, as the light-filled living room can attest. Constructed from a single concrete slab, the four-bedroom spread’s dominant horizontal form makes it simple for guests to move about the shared spaces with ease.
While the large glass windows intend to showcase sweeping views of the pool below, they also offer an abundance of natural sunlight. The comedy queen’s polished pad also bears a number of other signature mid-century markings—cue the luxe fireplace and floating staircase.
A freestanding wall is the only obstacle that visually divides the dining and cooking space. Neutral hues and breezy vibes rule in the star’s updated kitchen—which, more than any other space in the house, most clearly speaks to the recent renovation.
With plenty of storage and counter space, the Ghostbusters star can move about freely while whipping up an inspiring feast or fixing drinks for guests.
Keeping up with the rest of the home’s sunny sensibility, a nearby office also welcomes much-needed light through a series of glass walls. The groovy workspace will surely serve as an idyllic spot for the actress-producer to jot down jokes and, of course, display any bold works of art.
A series of striking lines and floating walls help shape the airy master bedroom. Wiig’s chic dwelling decidedly encourages a calm beginning to every day, thanks to its clean color palette and floor-to-ceiling windows. Because who needs wild wallpaper when the SoCal landscape essentially doubles as such?
Vintage finds and space age furnishings further complement the space’s organic design.
Anyone who truly understands West Coast living knows that the pool is just as important as the house—a multi-tiered patio leads to a sleek swimming hole.
Arguably the best place to fully admire the iconic home, we’re guessing Wiig will be spending much of her time lounging poolside. While she also owns properties in LA’s Silver Lake neighborhood, Soho in New York, and Martha’s Vineyard , it’s safe to guess that the New York native’s just-acquired Case Study House is the cherry on top of her extensive real estate portfolio.

Kristen Wiig lands Pasadena’s Case Study House No. 10 for about $3 million

In addition to her expertise in comedy and film, Kristen Wiig might be an architecture buff as well. The actress, via a trust, has purchased a celebrated Midcentury Modern-style home in Pasadena for $2.96 million.
Known as Case Study House No. 10, the residence is part of a series designed and commissioned by Los Angeles-based Arts and Architecture magazine as an initiative to showcase innovative and inexpensive building techniques in response to the housing shortage after World War II.
The homes became known as the Case Study Houses, and included constructions by architects such as Craig Ellwood and Richard Neutra.
House No. 10, designed in 1947 by father-and-son duo Kemper Nomland and Kemper Nomland Jr., features minimalist flourishes spread across 3,425 square feet.
Per the design, the home parallels the sloping grade of the property, resulting in slanted ceilings and a split-level interior.
A floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace sits at the center of the open floor plan. Walls of glass open to a spacious patio, and stairs lead down to a pool and spa surrounded by landscaping. The back area also features a guest house of the same design.
Sliding glass doors in the master suite — one of four bedrooms — open to the patio as well.
A plaque outside the home denotes its place on the National Register of Historic Places. The recently renovated house also won the city of Pasadena’s 2015 Historic Preservation Award.
Cynthia Luczyski and Lauren Luczyski of Deasy/Penner were the listing agents. Bryony Atkinson of Maisonre represented the buyer. TMZ first reported the sale.
Wiig, 44, sold her previous home in Los Feliz over the summer for $2 million.
The comedic actress starred in “Saturday Night Live” from 2005 to 2012, and her notable film credits since include “Bridesmaids” (2011), “Skeleton Twins” (2014) and “Ghostbusters” (2016).

Kristen Wiig Sells Midcentury Modern Home in Silver Lake for $5.2M
Funny lady Kristen Wiig has a secret talent. In addition to being a writer, producer, and actress, she has a gift for real estate.
The 45-year-old just sold her impeccably renovated and restored midcentury modern abode in the Silver Lake area of L.A. for $5,225,000, a generous $100,000 over ask. The “Saturday Night Live” alum placed it on the market only about two months ago, and it was quickly snapped up, Variety reports .
The home was last purchased in 2014 for $1.7 million. According to Variety, the sale price is one of the highest for the area—almost three times what the actress paid for the place less than five years ago.

The comedian’s former home is seriously nice. The three-bedroom, three-bedroom abode from 1954 is known as the Martin Residence, after architect Albert P. Martin . Perched on about a half-acre lot above the Silver Lake Reservoir with Silver Lake views, it features tons of indoor-outdoor space, a wraparound deck, multiple patios, a pool and spa, landscaped grounds, and a two-car garage.
In addition to the original layout of formal living and dining rooms, office, and den, a new screening room was added and a new poolhouse with studio and sauna was also added.
Along with the sliding glass doors, which allow for plenty of expanded living space outdoors, original design details were preserved, such as hand-painted tiles, a concrete block central fireplace, and a child’s mural on a pocket door. Cedar plank ceilings and cement tile floors run throughout the home.
Wiig, who’s set to star as Cheetah in the upcoming “Wonder Woman 1984,” has had a hit-making career, starring in the blockbusters “Bridesmaids” and the reboot of “Ghostbusters.”
The star continues to try her hand in the real estate game. She sold a place in Los Feliz last year for $2 million.
And Wiig still owns the renovated Case Study House #10 in Pasadena , which she reportedly purchased for $2.96 million in 2017, close to where her fellow A-lister Meryl Streep also moved in .

Kristen wiig sells to lily collins one mid mod marvel.
Proving that these extraordinary actresses also have extraordinary taste in architecture, Kristen Wiig sells to Lily Collins one midcentury modern Case Study House.
Both Emily in Paris star Lily Collins and Saturday Night Live alum Kristen Wiig have good taste—in real estate. The two stars are enamored with midcentury architecture .
Collins reportedly purchased a prime example of one from Wiig for $3.9 million, according to Architectural Digest.
An off-market transaction was made last year for Pasadena’s only Case Study House, #10, built in 1947 by the father-son architecture team of Kemper Nomland Sr. and Kemper Nomland Jr.
The property was renovated before Wiig picked it up for $2,960,000 in 2017, so she fared well on the Collins transaction, making almost $1 million.
Kristen Wiig sells to Lily Collins one midcentury modern Case Study House
Case Study Houses were experiments in residential architecture sponsored by Arts & Architecture magazine. As such, they are prized by midcentury modern enthusiasts far and wide.
The place measures 3,425 square feet and has four bedrooms and four baths. A guesthouse was added to the .37-acre lot over the years.
It bears the typical features of a midcentury modern home: open floor plan, single story, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and glass doors.
The original wood-paneled walls were replaced with white ones. But the original pale brick fireplace and many of the clerestory windows remain.
The kitchen and baths have modern features that were designed to fit with the original minimalist design.
Wiig has an affinity for midcentury modern architecture. In 2013 she picked up a 2,719-square-foot home in Los Feliz , built in 1949, for $1,764,000. She flipped it in 2017 for $2 million .
Wiig, who also starred in such hits as Bridesmaids and Wonder Woman 1984 , also purchased a renovated midcentury modern in Silver Lake for $1.7 million in 2014.
That one she made a screaming deal on, selling it for $5,225,000, which was $100,000 over her asking price. At the time, it was one of the highest sale prices in the area.
Collins, daughter of musician Phil Collins , also owned another midcentury classic: an upscale Beverly Hills estate that she picked up in 2016 for $12.5 million.
Designed in 1954 by John Elgin Woolf , who’s known as the “father of Hollywood Regency,” the sprawling, one‐story residence with a distinctive green copper roof, pool, spa, and tennis court, was once featured in Town and Country magazine.
Collins sold the property just last year for $13.5 million.

Kristen wiig snags historic pasadena home for $2.96m.
Kristen Wiig now officially owns a piece of architectural history. The Saturday Night Live alum and genuine movie star just dropped $2.96 million on Case Study House #10 in the San Rafael area of Pasadena, CA . The four-bed, three-bath home, which is on the National Register of Historic Landmarks, is one of many homes in Wiig’s bustling real estate portfolio. However with a pedigree that’d have any architectural buff itching to get inside, it’s safe to say this one will be a standout.
Measuring 3425 square feet, Kristen’s new pad was designed by iconic father-son duo Nomland and Nomland. Known as Case Study House #10, the horizontal house was built in 1947 and embodies mid-century modern design. The wood post and beam construction was done on a single concrete slab, and is notable for its fusion of indoor/outdoor living. Located on a sloping 14,989-square-foot lot, the interiors were renovated in 2012.
Hardwood floors move throughout the bright living room, as sunlight streams in from the series of windows and doors that illuminates the entire area. A spacious kitchen area has plenty of counter seating, while an open dining room sits next to a stylish corner fireplace. Step out on the the spacious patio, where there’s endless space for entertaining guests (if they’re “ready to parttttttaaaayyyyyy,” as Kristen would say in Bridesmaids ), and continue down an elegant stairway to see the lush, tropical greenery and rolling grass backyard. A beautiful swimming pool and spa complete the scene, a true taste of mid-century southern California. We promise there are no colonial women sitting in the yard churning butter.
Kristen is quite the savvy real estate investor. Just back in March, Wiig listed her home in the Franklin Hills section of Los Feliz in Los Angeles for $2.395 million , and it sold in June for $2 million. She also owns properties in the stylish Silver Lake , in New York’s SoHo neighborhood, and in Chilmark on the cozy island of Martha’s Vineyard. We’re pretty sure that her famous Bridesmaids line, “Help me, I’m poor,” doesn’t apply here.

See Kristen Wiig’s Charming New $4.9M Pasadena House
Kristen Wiig has swapped one historic Pasadena house for another, according to Dirt . The SNL alumni, actress, comedian, screenwriter and producer — who’s set to star opposite Carol Burnett in the upcoming Apple-scripted comedy series “Mrs. American Pie” — has bought a striking 4,000-square-foot Federal-style estate. It’s only a few blocks from her former Pasadena home — which she recently sold to fellow actress Lily Collins. Kristen’s property lies on a picturesque street in a sought-after neighborhood pocket, where nearby neighbors include Meryl Streep, Grimes and Oscar De La Hoya.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom house is a traditional beauty with a red-brick exterior. Originally built in 1930, it was given a complete contemporary overhaul by the previous owners in collaboration with architect Kevin Oreck and interior designer Deborah Rhein. The formal living room sports a tiled fireplace and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves.
A breezeway leads to an updated gourmet kitchen.
The professional kitchen is outfitted with chef-grade appliances like this glossy black La Cornue range topped by a custom hood, and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The marble island works extra hard with built-in appliances and an overhang to accompany quick bites.
In this casual corner of the kitchen, French doors spill out to an al fresco patio ideal for dining and entertaining.
The formal dining room is updated with a cool ’60s-inspired chandelier, blonde wood floors and dark grey-frame windows.
An upstairs principal suite rests beneath a vaulted wood ceiling, and features a cosy duo of window seat alcoves and a balcony.
A dramatic tiled fireplace is a cosy focal point in the principal bedroom.
The bedroom patio overlooks the private grounds, the site of a pool with a tanning ledge and an adjacent cabana. The garage has been converted into an art room.
Outside, the backyard gives way to a quaint alfresco area and lounge, a large swimming pool, and manicured boxwood hedges.
An outdoor lounge is shaded by a pergola. The classic pool is ringed by mature trees for an oasis-like effect.
