ఉన్నత చదువులు చదివి, మంచి ఉద్యోగాలు చేసేవారు మాత్రమే ఎక్కువ సంపాదిస్తారని చాలామంది నమ్మకం. అయితే ఆధునిక కాలంలో చదువు మాత్రమే కాదు తెలివితేటలతో కూడా బాగా సంపాదించవచ్చని ఎంతోమంది నిరూపిస్తున్నారు. అలాంటి కోవకు చెందిన వారిలో ఒకరు మహారాష్ట్రకు చెందిన 'ప్రమోద్ గౌతమ్‌'.

మహారాష్ట్రకు చెందిన ప్రమోద్ గౌతమ్‌ ఇంజనీర్ జాబ్ వదిలి, భారతదేశంలోని ధనిక రైతులలో ఒకరుగా మారి.. ఐఐటీ, ఐఐఎమ్, కొన్ని కంపెనీలలో పనిచేసే సీఈఓల కంటే ఎక్కువ సంపాదిస్తూ.. ఎంతోమందికి స్ఫూర్తిగా నిలుస్తున్నాడు. నిజానికి ఇతడు MNCలో  ఆటోమొబైల్ ఇంజనీర్‌గా పని చేసేవాడు.

హార్టికల్చర్.. ఉద్యోగంలో సంతృప్తి చెందని ప్రమోద్ జాబ్ వదిలి వ్యవసాయం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాడు. దీంతో తనకున్న 26 ఎకరాల భూమిలో వ్యవసాయం చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు. అయితే సాధారణ వ్యవసాయ పంటలు కాకుండా హార్టికల్చర్ (ఉద్యాన పంటలు) విధానం ఎంచుకుని గ్రీన్‌హౌస్‌లో పండ్లు, కూరగాయలను పండించాడు.

ప్రారంభంలో వేరుశెనగ, పసుపు సాగుతో చిన్నగా ప్రారంభించాడు. కానీ పెద్దగా లాభం లేకపోవడంతో పప్పుకి సంబంధించిన పంటలు పండించాలనుకున్నాడు. కొత్త టెక్నాలజీతో వ్యవసాయం చేసి మంచి దిగుబడులను పొందాడు. తరువాత అతి తక్కువ కాలంలోనే వందన ఫుడ్స్‌ ప్రారంభించి దీని కింద వివిధ రకాల పప్పులు, ధాన్యాలను విక్రయించడం ప్రారంభించాడు. ఈ ఉత్పత్తులు ఇప్పుడు అమెజాన్ & ఫ్లిప్‌కార్ట్ ద్వారా దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అమ్మకానికి అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.

ఇక ప్రమోద్ గౌతమ్‌ ఆదాయం విషయానికి వస్తే.. ఇతడు నెలకు రూ. 10 నుంచి రూ. 12 లక్షలు సంవత్సరానికి సుమారు రూ. 1 కోటి కంటే ఎక్కువ సంపాదిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. దీంతో మొత్తం దేశంలోనే అత్యంత ధనిక రైతుగా నిలిచాడు. వ్యవసాయం మీద మక్కువతో ఉద్యోగం వదిలి ఈ రోజు దేశంలోని టాప్ 10 ధనిక రైతులలో ఒకరుగా నిలిచారు.

ముగ్గురు రైతులు | 3 Farmers

ఒకప్పుడు ఒక గ్రామంలో ముగ్గురు స్నేహితులు నివసించేవారు. ఆ ముగ్గురి యొక్క జీవనాధారం “వ్యవసాయం” . ఒకసారి ఆ ముగ్గురి పొలాల్లోని పంటలు తెగుళ్ల బారిన పడ్డాయి. ప్రతిరోజు వారు తమ పంటలకు సహాయం చేయాలని విదవిదాలుగా ఆలోచిస్తున్నారు.

కానీ ఆ తెగులు బాగా పట్టడంతో పంట రోజురోజుకి పాడైపోతుంది. వారికి” ఈ వ్యవసాయం ఒక్కటే జీవనాధారం” కాబట్టి వాళ్ళు చాల బాధపడ్డారు.

చివరగా ఒకరోజు, వారి చివరి ప్రయత్నంగా  కొన్ని ఆలోచనలతో వచ్చారు. ఒకరు” తమ పొలం చుట్టూ కంచె వేసారు”,”ఇంకొకరు పొలంలో పురుగుల మందు చల్లారు”. మరొకరు “తమ పొలంలో  దిష్టిబొమ్మను పెట్టారు”.

ఇంత చేసినను వారి పొలంలో ఎలాంటి మార్పు రాలేదు. వారు ఇంకా దిగులు చెంది చివరికి ఆ గ్రామ పెద్దను ఆశ్రయించారు. వారి సమష్యను మరియు వారు చేసిన ప్రయత్నాల్ని విన్న తర్వాత, తెలివి గల గ్రామ పెద్ద మీ ముగ్గురు విడి విడిగా చేసిన ప్రయత్నాలు బాగున్నాయి. ఈ సారి “వాటన్నిటిని కలిపి చేయండి అని చెప్పాడు “. ఆ ముగ్గురికి వారు చేసిన తప్పు అర్థమైంది. .

ఆ ముగ్గురు వారి పొలాలకు కంచె వేశారు, దిష్టి  బొమ్మని పెట్టారు మరియు పురుగుల మందును చల్లారు దానితో పంటకి పట్టిన తెగులు పోయి,మంచి లాభం వచ్చింది.

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయంలో వచ్చే సవాళ్లు, పరిష్కార మార్గాలు..

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం చేయడం కాస్త ఇబ్బందికరంగానే ఉన్నా.. దీని వల్ల ఎన్నో లాభాలున్నాయి. సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం ద్వారా పండించిన కూరగాయల వల్ల మన ఆరోగ్యానికి ఎటువంటి ఢోకా ఉండదు. ముఖ్యంగా ఆర్గానిక్ ఫార్మింగ్ వల్ల భూమిసారం పెరుగుతుంది. అయితే ఈ పంటను పండించేటప్పుడు కొన్ని సమస్యలను ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. 

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయంలో ఎటువంటి రసాయనిక పురుగు మందులు గానీ ఎరువులు గానీ అస్సలు ఉపయోగించకూడదు. ఈ వ్యవసాయ పద్దతిలో కేవలం ప్రకృతి సిద్ధమైన ఎరువులను మాత్రమే వాడాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అలాగే వేపపిండి, ఆవుపేడ, కోళ్ల పెంట, పందుల పెంట, ఎండిన ఆకులతో ఎరువులను తయారు చేసి పంటకు వేస్తే మంచి దిగుబడి వస్తుంది. 

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయాన్ని రెండు పద్దతుల్లో చేస్తారు. ఇందులో మొదటి  పద్దతి ప్రకారం.. ప్రకృతి సిద్ధమైన ఎరువులు అంటే చాలా రోజులు నిల్వ ఉన్న ఆవుపేడ, వర్మీ కంపోస్ట్, ఆకు తుక్కు, వేప పిండి వంటి వాటిని ఉపయోగించి వ్యవసాయం చేయడం. ఇది సాధారణ సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయ పద్దతి. ఈ పద్దతిని ఎక్కువగా కేరళ, ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రాలు అనుసరిస్తున్నాయి.

ఇక రెండో పద్దతిని సుభాస్ పాలేకర్ లేదా గో-ఆధారిత పద్దతి అనికూడా అంటారు. ఈ పద్దతి ప్రకారం.. జీవామృతాన్ని ఉపయోగించి పంటలను పండిస్తారు. సహజ రసాయనాలైన అగ్ని అస్త్రం, నీమాస్త్రం, బ్రహ్మాస్త్రం వంటి వాటిని పంటకు ఉపయోగిస్తారు. 

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం వల్ల పండించిన కూరగాయల వల్ల మన ఆరోగ్యానికి ఏ ఢోకా ఉండదు. ఈ పద్దతిలో నాణ్యమైన పంటలు చేతికొస్తాయి. ముఖ్యంగా ఈ పద్దతిలో శారీరక శ్రమ తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. అలాగే నీటి ఖర్చు, కరెంటె ఖర్చు కూడా తక్కువే. ఈ వ్యవసాయానికి బ్యాంకుల నుంచి రుణాలను కూడా తీసుకోవక్కర్లేదు. ముఖ్యంగా సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం వల్ల వాతావారణ కాలుష్యం ఎంతో తగ్గుతుంది.అందుకే ప్రభుత్వాలు సైతం సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం చేయడానికి రైతులను ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నాయి. 

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయంలో ఎదురయ్యే సమస్యలు: 

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయంలో పంటలను పండించినా.. వీటి ఎగుమతులకు ఆర్గానిక్ సర్టిఫికెట్ పొందడం తప్పనిసరిగా ఉంది. ఇలాంటప్పుడు వాటిని ఎగుమతి చేయడం రైతులకు కష్టంగా మారుతుంది. 

సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం మొదలు పెట్టిన రెండు నుంచి మూడేండ్లలో  కూడా పంట ఉత్పత్తి తక్కువగానే ఉంటుంది. దీనివల్ల రైతులకు నష్టమే తప్ప లాభం ఉండదు. 

ఎందుకంటే రసాయనిక మందుల ప్రభావం ఉన్న పంటపొలాల్లో సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం కష్టతరమవుతుంది. ఆ రసాయనాలన్నీ విచ్చిన్నం కావడానికి దాదాపుగా రెండు నుంచి మూడేండ్లు పడుతుంది. ఈ తర్వాతే స్వచ్ఛమైన సేంద్రీయ దిగుబడులను పొందగలం. 

ముఖ్యంగా రసాయనాలను వాడే పొలాలకు, సేంద్రీయ పంట పొలాలు దాదాపు 100 మీటర్ల దూరంలో ఉండటం ఎంతో ముఖ్యం. ఇప్పుడున్న పరిస్థితుల్లో ఇది అస్సలు సాధ్యం కాదు. 

పరిష్కార మార్గాలు:  సేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయం చేసేవారు సంత విత్తనం మాత్రమే వాడాలి. ముఖ్యంగా పంట మార్పిడి పద్దతులను తప్పక పాటించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. 

రసాయనిక ఎరువులను కొంచెం కూడా వాడకూడదు. కేవలం జీవన ఎరువు, సేంద్రీయ ఎరువులను మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించాలి. 

పక్క పొలాల్లో రసాయనిక మందులను పిచికారి చేస్తున్నప్పుడు, ఆ రసాయనాలు సేంద్రీయ పంటల్లోకి రాకుండా చూసుకోవాలి. 

పంట కాలం ముగిసిన తర్వాత మొక్కలను, ఆకులను అస్సలు కాల్చకూడదు. వాటిని అచ్చాదనకు ఉపయోగిస్తే భూసారం పెరుగుతుంది. ఒకే రకం పంటలను పండించకూడదు. కలుపు మందులను అస్సలు ఉపయోగించకూడదు. 

మొక్కకు మొక్కకు దూరం ఖచ్చితంగా ఉండాలి.
