• Symposium Committee

Selection for presentations at TRC-30 is based on the submission of extended abstracts of research. These extended abstracts should be no longer than 4 pages in length, or about 1000 words. Templates are provided to author papers in this format for both Microsoft Word and LaTeX:

  • Microsoft Word —  Download the latest TRC-30 Word Template  to prepare your paper for submission.
  • LaTeX —   Download the TRC-30’s LaTeX ZIP , which can be used for online collaborative writing; authors can create an Overleaf project using this template.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the EasyChair conference manuscript management system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=trc30).

In order to be included in the final program, one of the authors must register for the conference, and do so before the early registration deadline of June 30, 2024. Please note that each registered participant is allowed to present at most one paper during the conference.

Presentations & Workshops

The Forum EPFL’s presentations are the opportunity to introduce your company to a wide audience of students and graduates. Furthermore, workshops allow you to meet and share directly with students interested in your company.

As an example, you can find the list of all the week’s presentations 2023 on our Program page

Presentations

From 7th to 9th October, you will have the opportunity to introduce your company through presentations aimed at students. Future graduates will be there to receive information about your activities, your work methods, your goals, and your selection criteria.

Note: Conference rooms are equipped with beamers, laser pointer and with all the necessary audio-visual material (PC/Mac connectors).

Since 2013, the Forum EPFL offers an additional service allowing you to meet students in a more interactive environment. By booking a workshop, you will have 3-hour access to an entirely configurable room, suited to your requests and installed by our team.

Workshops differ from a presentation on the fact that the type and format of those interactive activities are entirely up to your own choice. We present you with the possibility to select students that will attend your workshops from our CV-library. You will also be able to choose the theme and configuration of the room thanks to this service’s great flexibility.

Workshops examples: Roundtable, presentation session, case studies, …

Opportunities are broad, don’t hesitate to share your wishes and needs with us and we will do all that is in our power to fulfill them! These sessions always have a great impact on students. They will allow you to get acquainted with students in the most optimal way.
